The 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom cabin boasts plenty of indoor space for the entire crew, plus a woodland setting with picturesque trees, landscaping, farm-raised animals, and 2 fishing ponds. Make friends with goats and chickens, and for a small extra fee, experience a 'cow cuddling' session!

The bathrooms were filthy. Sheets were not clean. Products left from other occupants were still in cabinets and drawers. Fridge was dirty. On the surface looks good, but as you start unpacking to live your vacation it's not good. The water smelled like sulfur in some bathrooms tasted like iron in others. The hosts were accepting that changes were necessary.

GREAT PROPERTY BUT....
The property itself is nice!!, pine walls and floor cabin with lots of space, screened in seating areas, big oak and pine trees everywhere with hanging Spanish moss, really nice scenery, lots of land in back of property ( +30 wooded acres ) with trails for walking and off-roading if you bring your bikes, as well as a lake to fish in. There are some farm animals ( cow, goats, chickens, ducks, geese) as well as wild animals ( we saw a fox, racoons, squirrels) The property grounds need A LOT of upkeep. The description doesn't state this property seems to be be a working farm with lots of broken down equipment laying around. The surrounding area needs a lot of upkeep and TLC. This would be an excellent location if owner/property keeper would do a little bit more clean up. Pros: Florida Cabin is really nice with big open spaces, lots of different rooms to sit by inside and outside, 4 large bedrooms with big beds, kitchen is great with all amenities, formal sun dinning room, firepit and BBQ. Great communication with property owner/manager and easy going. Cons: Working farm, lots of broken down equipment / trash laying around. There is no water filtration system in the cabin, so there is a very strong sulfur smell and taste to the water. Bring lots of water for drinking and cooking as we would not recommend using the cabin's water system for drinking or cooking. Property has great potential if taken care of. Would return to stay if the above would be addressed.

Convenient to the Sebring race track...
Everything pretty nice BUT the mattress was one of the most uncomfortable We have ever experienced! Lots of lost sleep. Bath towels need to be replaced. Some were tattered...very unpleasant! Otherwise, I nice property for what we needed.

Quiet retreat with lots of elbow room.
Chris and his wife are a great hosts and we enjoyed relaxing in such a large home on lots of property. Kids caught several fish in the pond and the adults enjoyed being able to watch them play from indoors and on the many porches. Very large kitchen. Some additional cleaning and maintenance is required, and repairing or replacing the broken fixtures would make this a 5 star get-a-way.

Unforgettable experience
This property was beautiful, all 20+ acres of it. The lake was fun to fish in, the pond was great for pictures. The owner let us go off roading, he designed the trails. The owner was the sweetest man and enjoyed being included in our fun. It was definitely a core memory for my young children and will try to be going back.

The house has a great layout and was very comfortable for 3 couples and lots of extra seating. Really enjoyed the commercial stove/oven with griddle. Owner was very available for questions.
