"this property is absolutely stunning and the perfect place for a weekend getaway. The location was beautiful and private and close to Stewarts Point General store (coffee and sandwiches) and the Lodge (cocktails and dinner). Easy access to Sea Ranch trails and community pools. The hosts were fantastic and the house had everything we needed. We'll definitely be back!"

"The home is very well equipped for those traveling with dogs, but we did not. Also given that it is dog friendly, I'd say the house was very clean. Kitchen is very well equipped especially if you want to bake, and the beds were comfortable. Location was a little difficult to find because we arrived at night but we managed. "House was extremely well equipped, hot tub was in excellent working order. Great views from the patio and very close to coastal hiking trails. Saw lots of wildlife (deer, turkeys, gray fox) and marine life (whales and sea lions), and really enjoyed the deer and turkeys in our front yard every morning. The only negative was window screens that were non-existent or in need of repair, overall it was a great experience and would recommend."

"We were visited daily by deer: a buck, doe and several young ones. The ocean glimmers, the stars come out at night, and you can snuggle in front of the lovely fireplace. The location gives you easy access to Gualala and the Sea Ranch Lodge. Be sure to read the Independent Coast Observer newspaper and listen to KGUA radio 88.3 FM to find out about all the local events. Pipers Reach is clean and comfortable. You'll really enjoy your stay."

"This is a very solid property which we enjoyed quite a bit. The view is nice, the space was clean and quiet, and the hot tub worked. The layout was a bit hard to discern until we arrived, the two queen beds are in one structure with the bathroom, it would be close quarters for two adult couples but was great for us as just one couple, would be great for two separate individuals or a couple with kids. A couple reviews mentioned a smell in the living room, there was a bit of a stale odor but it...

" If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable and quiet getaway in the woods, this is it. We enjoyed a three day getaway with our 1 yr old granddaughter and had a blast at the home and surrounding area…and so did our little dog who loved exploring the fenced yard. Big screen tv, good wifi, convenient in-suite laundry facilities, comfy bedrooms, clean bathrooms, well stocked kitchen… all made for a very enjoyable stay."

"Our group thoroughly enjoyed staying at Riverfront. From the adult-themed treehouse, we explored many of the natural wonders of the area - from the trees to the sea! Riverfront was very clean, well equipped, and communication with Charlie was excellent. It was close to feeling like home, with spectacular views of the Russian river and the surrounding forest. "My husband and I booked a two week stay here, the property was absolutely amazing! Great interior design, the exterior gardens were also elegantly put together and serene. "We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the newly revamped Dawn Ranch. Went for a couples weekend and did the cottage, spa, dinner. Cozy fun vibes. Reduced stars for cottage being a little cold/drafty (that’s me), spa being a little intense about the rules, and restaurant as well. They had to turn away sooooo many ppl without reservations so def make them for dinner! Free wine tasting and excellent masseuse a plus. "
