HOUSE RULES
Our apartment offers the comfort of home without the interruptions of daily housekeeping. The cleaning fee ensures your space is pristine upon arrival.
- Only registered guests are allowed.
- Pets and parties are strictly prohibited.
- Quiet hours: Sun-Thurs 10pm-7am, Fri-Sat midnight-8am. This includes stairwells and the rooftop—fines apply for non-compliance.
- No smoking
- Check-in: 4 pm onwards. Check-out: by 11 am. Early/late adjustments may incur fees.
- Amenities provided at check-in are not replenished.
SECURITY & MAINTENANCE
Please help keep our building secure by doing the following.
Do not allow others (including delivery people) to follow you into the building. Everyone is to enter the building using their own access methods.
Do not allow cars (or people) to follow you into the garage. When you enter/exit, pause to watch the door go down completely.
Do not prop any door open without constant attendance. Fines will occur.
WASTE MANAGEMENT
Garbage: Bag and dispose of small ordinary household garbage in the chute on each floor, behind the elevator.
Recycle and Compost bins are in a secured cage in the alley.
No dumping of large items (e.g. furniture) is allowed. Fines will occur.
PARKING
Parking garage only fits vehicles 6'6" or below.
Guests are allowed to park only in non-reserved parking spots. i.e. do not park in any spot marked with RESERVED. The parking tag must be clearly displayed on the car dashboard at all times when parked in the Garage.
Remember to return the parking tag to its place under the sink if you utilized the garage parking. Failure to return the tag will result in a $150 replacement fee.
