When it’s time to explore, pay your respects over at the Jimi Hendrix Memorial, less than a mile away; visit one of many parks within just a few miles; or go for a longer hike at Cougar Mountain Regional Wildland Park, around six miles away. The Golf Club at Newcastle and iFly Indoor Skydiving are both around seven miles away. Shopping, dining, grocery stores, and other amenities are just a few minutes’ drive.

At home, spend time outdoors enjoying the tree-lined yard, fully enclosed and featuring a swing set for the littles. Inside, you’ll find gleaming wide-plank hardwood floors, modern decor, and abundant natural light. The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space and cabinetry, and all the cookware you need to whip up mealtime masterpieces. There’s plenty of room at mealtime around the adjacent dining table.

After a day of adventures, cozy up with cocoa in front of the wood-burning fireplace while you play some ping-pong. Stream the latest release on the mantel-mounted TV or use the free WiFi to catch up on social media. Even better, end the night with a marshmallow-roasting session around the firepit in the yard. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
