Excellent Location
First time to Seattle for a few of us and this was the perfect location for our trip. The unit is well maintained and had a gorgeous view of the water. Pike Market Place was easily accessible and if you’re in the mood for a walk, the Space Needle is not too far. Definitely saving this location for a future return.

Perfect Seattle location and stay
I can' say enough good things about our stay in Seattle! The listing was exactly as advertised, the location is perfect (walk to everything), communication with the owner was exceptional, and the staff on duty at the condo were wonderful. Will be staying here again and again!!!!

Superb in Seattle!
Wow in the Northwest! After a slightly tricky time finding the office at the property we headed up to our Seattle retreat. We were so surprised at the AMAZING view from this property! It is stunning. The ships passing, the sunsets and a charming porch to enjoy it all! The property was very clean, well set up and has a fantastic location near all of waterfront activities as well as the new waterfront overlook! The owners were super prompt in answering any questions and we can’t recommend it enough. Enjoy your stay in Seattle!

Great location for a hike to the conference center - The Arch. Excellent access to the wharf.
Fantastic location, parking (except giant SUVs like ours), accroutramants including appliances, and excellent communication with the owners, Preben was the best. AAAAA PLUS.

Great Location
We were travelling to Seattle for the first time and found this VRBO to be in a great location! It was easy to get to the waterfront, to the pier where our whale watching tour left from as well as to Pike Place Market. We did find there was an elevator to help get up to street level near the garage entrance so that helped on our trek to Pike Place. I appreciated Preben contacting me shortly after we booked as well as being flexible with our check in time. A great amount of instructions were provided that helped with our stay. The detachable shower head desperately needed cleaned as you could see the black mold on it and the towels could use an upgrade as they were pretty stained. There were also quite a few stains on the blankets and pillows which was disappointing. I think it's also important to note that the air conditioning is 2 individual units that are in 2 rooms (the living room and one bedroom). There's a third bedroom (with the queen bed) and it only has access to a tower fan, this wasn't a big issue for us but I would have liked to have known that ahead of booking. Aside from a few details, overall, we had a pretty nice stay!

Great location
Lovely property, very clean, nice condo grounds. View of the Sound and ability to just walk across the street to the boardwalk was great. We walked up every AM to get fresh coffee, pastries and fruit at Pikes Place and watched the sun set from the balcony or the boardwalk. The elevator at the north end of the condos was very convenient when we were tired of walking uphill. Plenty of towels and essentials in the unit, very secure feeling grounds. We had a great time!

We enjoyed our visit tremendously; the proximity to Pike Place market, waterfront piers, belltown, and downtown districts made all the difference as we purposely did not rent a car. The check-in process was straightforward due to great communication from the property manager. Thank you!

Graduate Celebration
We stayed with our daughter and her fiancé to celebrate our daughter receiving her Masters Degree from SU. The place was wonderful. Exactly as pictured. Great view of the sea and we enjoyed the balcony. Rooms were very comfortable. There is no air conditioner in the second bedroom but if you leave the door open and turn on the other ones in the living area and the master bedroom then it worked fine. Overall a great property!

Great downtown location! Just a couple blocks from Pike Place Market and Aquarium. Short ride to the Space Needle. Beautiful condo that met our expectations and was exactly as described online. The owner was great to communicate with and always quick to clarify or answer any questions. The property felt very clean and professionally run, yet comfortable and homey. Great location to visit Seattle and area. Secure parking. With a view of the waterfront from the balcony. Saw the ferry, tall sailboats and tour boats on the water. Easy walking down the piers to restaurants and aquarium. Simple access to Pikes Market and everything you need at home to cook meals. Excellent time and will stay again!!

Perfect location!
Preben was a wonderful host, so easy to work with. Quick response and very accommodating. The condo is just as described. Friendly community and very nice area. The location is perfect, right across from Pier 62 that we spent a lot of time at. Quick walk to the City Market. Great eating options close. We walked everywhere-City Market, Space Needle, Pop Culture Museum and T-Mobile Park for the baseball game. The view from the condo is fabulous. We soaked up the fresh air, food, sights and wonderful people of Seattle.

Very nicely decorated apartment close to Pike Market and downtown. Walked everywhere and were fortunate the weather was very nice. We would definitely choose to stay here again. Disposal and oven need some attention by housecleaners. The oven smoked when it was turned on and set off the smoke alarm. The disposal has a very nasty odor.

Wonderful location with view. Apartment is well appointed, although important to note that the second bedroom has no window and shared bathroom. Fine for us as a couple. Very clean, lots of towels and kitchen is great. Location could not be better, walkable to everything. Why stay in a hotel when you can do this?
