This home is nestled between Magnolia, Ballard, Fremont, and Queen Anne - 4 of the best neighborhoods in Seattle to explore.
Magnolia is home to Discovery Park, at 534 acres it's Seattle's largest park and a great place to hike and wander the beach. There are also great views of Elliot Bay, West Seattle, and Downtown from around Magnolia Park to the south.
Just north of the house, across the Ballard Bridge you'll find downtown Ballard. This a top destination for dining and nightlife with a ton of options along Market St and Ballard Ave.
Down Leary Way to the east of Ballard you'll run into Fremont, another gem of Seattle with even more restaurants, shops, and lively bars.
If you're heading south from the house towards downtown Seattle it's worth making your way over to Queen Anne ave. Be sure to stop by Kerry Park for one of the most iconic views of the Space Needle and downtown as you make your way towards Seattle Center and the heart of the city.
