Stay connected with high-speed WiFi internet access and indulge in your favorite movies and TV shows on the 40-inch smart TV, with complimentary access to popular streaming services like Prime Video, and HBO Max. Our bathroom is well-equipped with towel sets, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, and extra blankets for your comfort. Located just a short 3-minute drive away from Safeway, Dairy Queen, and various restaurants and shopping complexes in Kirkland, and only 6 minutes from the Bothell Marketplace, our location is perfectly situated for your convenience.

Nestled in a peaceful residential area, our home sits on a quiet dead-end street that boasts minimal traffic, ensuring a serene and tranquil environment for your stay. There are multiple parks at walkable distance. Few of them offer trekking experience. Additionally, several parks are within walking distance, some of which offer fantastic trekking experiences, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts looking to explore the area's natural beauty.

Discovering the vibrant neighborhood around our home is effortless for guests. With the option to walk, bike, or drive to nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions, you'll have everything at your fingertips. Plus, for those arriving by car, we offer the added convenience of complimentary covered parking right in front of the house, ensuring your stay is stress-free and worry-free.

Few things about the suite
Although the guest access points and areas are separate, the suite is a part of our primary residence. While occasional footstep sounds may be heard, we have sound-dampening measures in place to minimize any disruption. Additionally, there is one security camera outside the suite securing the patio and parking area.

Very convenient to my seminar held at Bastyr University. My 30 year old daughter accompanied me and we used a blow up bed for her. The lodging had enough room to set up the blow up bed that we brought along. It was air conditioned and that was much appreciated because temperatures were in the 90's. The lodging is very convenient to many great restaurants and hiking trails on Lake Washington to work off those great meals. Grocery Stores with deli's were also convenient for a quick lunch at break time during the seminar. Reasonably priced and great value to dollars spent. Sweet Retreat

Lovely Suite

The place was nice and clean. The entrance to the guest suite is separate from the owners main home which was nice. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom looked like it was recently updated so that was cool! I definitely recommend staying here :)

Home away from home
Prity was very responsive and polite. My stay was perfectly quite and peaceful. The extremely comfortable bed and soft sheets were the cherry on top! Everything was very clean and tidy and thoughtful. Having the nice size fridge and microwave was great and stored more than enough room for my food items! I stayed here on business and work very early in the morning and was never interrupted. Great stay for an individual or couple looking for a home away from home stay!

Peaceful oasis
We loved the peaceful place with a backyard and patio. We brought our dog who had a blast running around the backyard. It is connected to the owner’s place so we did see the owner/family a few times but they did not bother us at all! A covered parking spot was great, as we got a sprinkling of rain during our visit. I recommend this place!

Great little place
We stayed here since we were going to a concert at chateau st Michelle, and wanted to Uber to and from the venue. It was the perfect location for that, and the place was stocked with bottled water, coffee, tea and there was even coke in the fridge! The bed was comfortable as well. You could easily bike to woodinville if you wanted. Maybe next time!

Comfortable, Clean, and Quiet
Our two night stay was quite comfortable and met our needs. I agree with a previous occupant that the air freshener was too strong for the room size (we unplugged it). However, I also understand that it's hard to keep a closed room fresh-smelling all the time in a damp climate. Maybe try a different scent, like citrus? Otherwise, everything else was exactly as shown online and we would definitely return.

A few days in Seattle
We were driving to Seattle to fly out from SeaTac to move out of the country. We had to be in Seattle a few days before our flight but we didn’t want to deal with the city. Prity’s VRBO was in a very quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to all the places we needed to get to. It was also the perfect location to stay with the dog. The unit was clean, comfortable, and easy to access. It was the perfect stop over for us for a few days before heading down to SeaTac.

Everything was better than expected. Very clean. Nice amenities (mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, cups, utensils, etc.). Covered dedicated parking. No AC (that we could tell) but it wasn't needed for our stay. Not sure the bed was actually a Queen, we haven't been on one in a while, but it seemed a little small. Everything else met or exceeded our expectations.

Wonderful Stay
We had a great stay here visiting our son/daughter-in-law. Very clean, quiet and private. Covered parking with in 20 feet of door. Great patio area to relax in. Would highly recommend staying here. We wold definitely come back.
