Modern townhome right in the heart of Fremont , just one block from the hustle and bustle of Fremont Ave, yet tucked away on a quiet street, the best of both worlds! Enjoy your morning coffee on the rooftop deck, while being surrounded by breathtaking views of Seattle. 10 mins walk to the amazing Woodland Park & Zoo, 4 mins drive to Fremont Troll, a Seattle favorite Theo Chocolate, Sunday Street Market and more! You can never go wrong with Fremont.

The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, roughly 1000 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with a few steps to entrance.

**Floor Plan**
• First Floor: Main entrance, kitchen, dining, living room with smart TV and sofa bed that sleeps 2. Air conditioned.
• Second Floor: Bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom w/bathtub & shower and heated floors. Heating only.
• Third Floor: Primary bedroom suite w/queen size bed. Ensuite bathroom w/shower and heated floors. Dedicated desk and chair for remote work. Air conditioned.
• Fourth Floor: Rooftop with outdoor furniture and great city views!

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**Additional Info About the Home**
• This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 5 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. Pet fee is not included in the VRBO total and is processed after reservation is confirmed.

**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Helpful Service When Needed

Our group of 3 adults had a wonderful time at this condo, we would definitely stay again!We arrived late in the evening only to find that the wifi wasn't working. We contacted them and after troubleshooting over the phone it couldn't be fixed. The next day a technician was at the place and solved the problem. I can not say enough about the easy communication of this company. They send emails with all the required information and even an email to check on how your stay is going. A nice touch in the home was information explaining how to use the heat/AC.The condo is very welcoming and spotless. Perfect for up to four people. But it does have alot of stairs since each bedroom is on a different floor. In a good location with restaurants and a market nearby.

Great page in perfect neighborhood

Stayed here twice in a week. Very nice apartment with good amenities and easy walk to nice restaurants and coffee shop. Nice view of mountains to the east. Will stay again

Great Location

Broken bed

We were notified the day before of the visit regard a broken sofa sleeper. While not ideal the property manager worked quickly to get an air mattress so each of us had a place to sleep.

Seattle Stay

The Fremont location was ideal for getting around Seattle and seeing the sites. Don't miss the "Troll" under the overpass near Lake Union! The property was super for 4 adults with each couple having their own floor and bath. Everything we needed was in the kitchen to enjoy breakfast together, and the neighborhood grocery was a short walk away. We'll be back!!

Troll Trip

We came to Seattle with friends to see the 5 Trolls in the area . This house was a good location for traveling to Bainbridge Island, Vashon Island & West Seattle. Very clean and comfortable. Bath products & bed lines were very nice Easy to check in & leave. We would stay here again

Great Fremont neighborhood

Very clean and well decorated 3 floor condominium in a great neighborhood in Fremont. Coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store all within walking distance. Added bonus is a dedicated parking spot. Easy access to downtown, Pike Place Market, Ballard, University area, Green Lake. Only one television and it was on the 1st floor. The WiFi was good and you can easily watch on line on the upper floors. Bathrooms and kitchen were beautiful and up to date. Really enjoyed discovering Seattle from this property.

What a great find. It is in a neighborhood a block from trendy restaurants, high end grocery and convenient to driving to town. The place was clean, Fresh and bright. The beds dreamy. Wonderful amenities. The pillows were clean and fresh but a little thick for my taste. Parking steps From the back door was so nice. My nephew who lives in Seattle said that we hit the lottery with this place. I agree!

Beautiful home. Great location

We stayed for 3 nights while visiting Seattle and loved everything about this home. It was well kept, easy to access, and very conveniently located yo all the things we wanted to do. Joanne, the host, as well as the management company, Betterstay, were very responsive and provided great communications throughout. Would definitely recommend this property to others!

Gorgeous townhouse

The best place I've ever rented -- a newish three-story townhouse in Fremont, one of Seattle's hippest neighborhoods. The house itself was spare and gorgeous, and had a spectacular nighttime view of downtown from the roof deck. Highly recommended.
