Enjoyed our time

We really enjoyed our stay. Walked into town and walked to small beaches. Had a lively view from room and top deck. Would stay here again.

Great location, needs some work

First off, the location was perfect for us. Had plans in Seattle but did not want to stay in the city. This was so close but provided quiet and away time. The room size is fine for a single or two person stay. Very friendly and nice owners. Things that should be mentioned, there are kids and dogs in and out. Not a problem for us, but could be a problem for others, especially if they don't know. Parking should also be more clear. Other misc things I reported, hopefully they get fixed.One of my biggest issues was the cleaning. Looked clean on first glance. But was not. Doors, baseboards, and any ledge was very dirty. Just needs an all around better clean. If the cleaning issue gets fixed would 100% stay again.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this property!! Cozy, clean, and quiet place with a beautiful view! The hot tub was a big big plus. I hope to stay again!

Beautiful apartment but bad communication from VRBO.

This is a beautiful property, clean, well-maintained and very convenient location. My only issue was that communicating with VRBO was very difficult and inconsistant. We were emailed offering an option for a late checkout, the link told us we could pay 14 extra dollars for four extra hours. I tried to follow the link and after a lot of difficulty reaching VRBO customer service, I was told that was actually not an option. First time using VRBO and I wonā€™t be using it again, which is a shame because the room was very nice.

Good property

Nice property. Not as large as pictured but otherwise very good. I am mobility challenged so all the steps were a challenge. Never made it to the deck. Weā€™re 75+ so would definitely recommend it to younger guests

I give it a 3 because although it was clean it was VERY tight. Secondly half of the closet space in this small room was filled with stuff like broken chairs, fans, etc. However, my biggest issue really was the hot tub. I asked if it was working and it was the first night. The next 2 days/nights it was off and wouldnā€™t turn on. There is a sign that says to respect quiet hours so I would understand if we were loud but we werenā€™t. We had music playing but it was just loud enough to go over the sound of the jets on a chair right next to the tub. Lastly I asked for a late check out after celebrating my engagement that night before and was denied.

Great location!

Small but everything you need for 2 people. Great location, in a safe and quiet neighborhood and the free parking was a great addition. Close enough to the city (took ~10-20 min to get to main attractions) but in a safer and more comfortable location. Perfect if you just need a place to sleep while exploring during the day.

Perfect Location! Highly recommend

Our stay on Mercer Island was second to none. Impeccable view from the Blue Angel room and from the rooftop seating area. Did not need to contact the host for anything; everything was satisfactory for us. Only issue was that the tub of the shower didnā€™t drain properlyā€” minor thing. ā­ļøā­ļøā­ļøā­ļøā­ļø

Great Place

It was a very nice stay on Mercer Island. It was easy to get around and a beautiful neighborhood. Small things: the water pitcher in the refrigerator has hole in the bottom and did not know until I had placed water in it. The refrigerator does not keep food cold unless it is in the door. The freeze has a frozen Sprite can inside. I was going to soak after running a marathon, but the tub did not have a stopper. These are small things

Mediocre stay

Our reason for choosing this location was to have a staycation and to use the hot tub and it wasnt heating up after waiting five hours it only went up two degrees(78F). This was dissapointing to say the least due to us spending over two hundress and thirty dollars for one night and not even getting our moneys worth. We had messaged the property management and they didnt reply until two hours later. Another factor we didnt love was the parking situation, the other suite had a vehicle to park so we had to come out and move our car to position it in a very small side of the driveway. Overall a 4/10. Would only reccomend staying here if you need a bed/room to sleep in and thats it.

Overall fine stay. Wouldnā€™t go back.

The stay was overall fine. Would likely not stay again. We book this stay solely because of the hot tub and when arrived the first thing we checked was the hot tub. It was not working, so we messaged both the owner who had a note that said ā€œIf you need anything reach outā€, and the rental company. We heard nothing from the owner and the company said essentially the problem would be fixed at a time that works for them. Our stay was only 2 nights and so obviously the problem was not fixed. Very disappointing. The room was small but a decent size for people coming just to have a place to stay, beautiful view, and convenient parking.

Very nice place!

Soft bed, had everything we needed- the grill outside made up for the lack of a kitchen. The towels were shockingly bad though- I remember reading a review that said this and thinking thatā€™s not a big deal. They werenā€™t kidding. Fuzz balls everywhere, in the air, in your food, all over your clothesā€¦ donā€™t use the bath towels! Hot tub was amazing, well kept and fantastic view at night! Trails to run on near the house were beautiful too.
