The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, around 1450 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including rooftop) with a few steps to entrance.

**Floor Plan**
• First Floor: Main entrance; access to covered parking. bedroom with queen bed and smart TV. Bathroom w/shower. Heat only with fan provided.
• Second Floor: Living room, dining, kitchen. Air conditioned.
• Third Floor: Master bedroom w/queen bed and oversized walk-in closets. Another bedroom w/queen bed, smart TV and working space. Jack n Jill bath with shower. Laundry. Air conditioned.
• Fourth Floor: Private rooftop patio with comfortable outdoor seating, BBQ and amazing view of Lake Union & Mt. Rainier.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**Additional Info About the Home**
• This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.

**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Seattle townhome with great views
Our family of 6 stayed for just 1 night. We were leaving for a cruise the next day. The place was clean and really nicely decorated with nice upgrades. They even had fresh flowers for us . Beds were comfy and the whole family was very impressed by the place. Living area was large didn’t feel cramped. Great views of downtown Seattle from the rooftop. Highly recommend .

Highly modern
The neighborhood felt safe and is an easy walk to Woodland Park. Garage is a tight squeeze for bigger vehicles, but there is plenty of off street parking available. Street is quiet, but traffic from nearby highway and busier streets can be heard. The property interior was very clean, modern and well appointed. I thought the kitchen was adequately stocked. Had lots of tools and spices, but no pizza or sheet pans and no large bowls (for salad). We made do with creative substitutions. Well stocked in coffee and tea. Has Alexa command/control throughout the house and mechanical blinds. Slightly lower overall ranking because there were a few items not working properly when we arrived and the rooftop patio was in poor condition as the furniture cover was tattered and the cushions damaged. In fairness, the property manager offered to send a handyman to fix the blinds during our stay, but we declined simply because we didn’t want a worker coming in and out. The managers also stated they will tidy up the rooftop patio furniture before the next guests arrive.

Amazing location and views
We were visiting family in Seattle and this property was perfect for our group of six. The home was very clean, comfortable, and had a well stocked kitchen. The weather wasn’t amenable for hanging out much on the roof deck, but we did get to watch incredible sunrise and sunsets (one sunset with a big rainbow). The proximity to the zoo and Green Lake (which has a well paved trail for running or walking) was great. Communication with Joanne was stellar, she reached out regularly to check in and helped us immediately fix an issue with the microwave. Would love to stay here again!

Fantastic rental that I highly recommend
We loved everything about this townhome. Neighborhood was great and we found that everything we wanted to go to is literally 10 minutes away or less. We spent our evenings on the rooftop deck, enjoying the wonderful view , one day when we were sitting out there, a bald eagle flew by. Only thing you need to be careful of is if you need air conditioning two of the three bedrooms are not air-conditioned the living room is air-conditioned though. There were a couple of fans that helped out. Whenever you have an issue or question, the management company was very quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Excellent property!
This property is perfect for a stay in Seattle! You have to be comfortable with stairs, but it's clean, modern, the property manager is helpful, always within reach, and the condo is beautiful! Awesome upstairs patio. My kids had a little too much fun with "Alexa" as we don't have this at home :) Great stay!

Long weekend
Overall stay was great. Wonderful location and townhouse. No kitchen linens and below average cleanliness. No coffee maker was surprise. French press was fun the first two rounds then got old. Host was responsive but dropping off some kitchen towels would have been better than a sincere apology. Overall I will stay again but will bring more supplies from home if planning on cooking in.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable and plenty of space. We loved the location. The rooftop deck has a terrific view (we saw Mt. Rainier twice!), although the weather was not overly conducive to spending a lot of time on the roof. We’ll be back!!
