"The home was built in 1908 and has extensive charm, was very clean for being over 100 years old and has beach nostalgia. We did not use the mother in law home behind the main home. The main home has two bedrooms with one having two twin beds, one of the beds needs to be replaced. The primary bedroom in the main house had a very comfortable bed. "There is only one real bedroom. Down stairs there are two rooms that have beds in them but one is missing a door, and the other does not have an egress window. Upstairs is a cute little loft. It is almost never needed, but be advised there is no AC. Also there was not internet, or Cable TV for the one TV in the unit. A nice addition was the water filter in the fridge and the Keurig with Coffee in the cabinet. Overall we had a lovely stay and the things that didn't work didn't ruin our short...
