Welcome to Seaside Beach Club #203! This gorgeous second floor oceanfront condo in Seaside is right on the Prom and located just a few short blocks from the heart of downtown Seaside. Complete with one bedroom and two baths, this unit sleeps up to six guests.

Step inside this quaint beach themed unit for a relaxing vacation on the Oregon coast. The living room is beautifully decorated in blues and corals for a real beach feeling. A flatscreen TV with a DVD player is included for entertainment when the weather isn't cooperative. There is also a private back deck included in this unit, just step outside and enjoy your oceanfront view of the Pacific Ocean and the Seaside boardwalk! A dining room table seats four, with more room located at the kitchen counter, complete with barstools. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up a quick and easy homemade meal. Head down the hallway, and you'll find the bedroom, complete with a queen bed and another flatscreen TV. The sleeper sofa and a queen Murphy bed are available in the living room. One bathroom offers a walk-in shower while the other has a tub/shower combo. Head downstairs, and take a walk on the Prom down to the Seaside shops and restaurants, or relax and watch a beautiful sunset on the beach with your family. It doesn't get any better than here in Seaside! Come explore the Oregon coast today at Seaside Beach Club #203!

We enjoyed our stay in Seaside however they should add black out curtains in the bedroom. The bedroom was very bright from the lights of the parking lot. Decided to try the murphy bed due to the brightness in the bedroom from outside lights. The bedspread had not been cleaned from previous guests and was covered in sand. We removed all the bedding so that it was clear that all of it should be washed.

Great beach view

Very happy with this rental. We did have some trouble getting in but only took About 30 minutes to sort out over the phone.The main bed is rough. Everything else was great. Comfortable seats and well stocked dishes.I would rent again.

Perfect Location

With a gorgeous view of the ocean and positioned right on the promenade, this was a great location to relax and get some walking in too. The interior could use a little upgrading but everything worked fine. Would stay again.

Never Again!

Proprrty was old, beds were awful, black mold in one bathroom. The posting of the place was not what it was in reality. Upon arrival the lock gor the door wouldn't work and we waited one hour in the rain for the host to open. Checkout was at 10, not 11 a.stat

Great view- needs updates

The view and location is worth the rest of it but I value peopleā€™s reviews and would like to have know this about the property. It needs to be updated and decluttered. The bedrooms main bed is bad and had stained sheets so we slept in the hide-a-bed that was better. Kitchen items are old and I had to clean before using. The deck and view made it worth it. The carpet is stained and towels old but again not the end of the world just for the cost with all the fees it seemed like it would be a bit nicer inside.

4th of July Family Trip

We had a great time. The condo was perfect distance from downtown and all the 4th of July activities. Perfect view of firework show and people watching. The place was clean and right on the boardwalk and with easy access to the beach. Make sure to bring your own coffee for the keurig. Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful grounds easy beach access

The unit was as described/pictured. Lovely view! Just 1-3 blocks S of Broadway (turnaround). Our adult daughter joined us and the Murphy Bed was comfortable, but the bedding seemed haphazardly tossed into the linen closet and had a bunch of fragrance packets to cover something? The faucets were difficult to regulate, itā€™s probably on the maintenance list? The place was clean and kitchen well appointed. Great View of the Prom from the inside and the nice private lanai/sliding door was well maintained & windows clean! Would rent again for two due to the Murphy bed.

Decent location. Decent view. Could have been nicer for the price.

Overall this was decent. Not great. Not terrible. Decent. The bed was hard as a rock, so if youā€™re looking for a comfortable bed this isnā€™t a good choice. In spite of having a full-size water heater, the hot water ran out after about 20 minutes in the shower. The sliding glass door onto the balcony wouldnā€™t stay on the track which made it very difficult to open and close. It definitely needs to be replaced. The digital lockbox didnā€™t work, so we had to call for an alternate way to enter. They resolved the issue quickly, but it was an annoyance that wasnā€™t welcome after a full afternoon of driving. While the location was great, the unit did not meet our expectations for what we paid. We would probably only stay here again if it were a last option.

Great location... Some dishes were dirty had to wash, so I guess they don't check the dishes coming out of the washer that was the šŸ‘Ž about our stay also the refreg. Was dirt on the outside and I brought my wipes the wipe everything down...

The sliding screen door was broken which is crucial during the summer months to get some air into the unit Also the cleaning service forgot to empty the clean dishes out of the dishwasher. Overall the unit was clean but some lose hairs were found in the bathrooms upon arrival

Ocean front - right on the Prom

This building is right on the Prom with beautiful beachfront views. We loved being able to drink our coffee on the balcony, see sunset from the apartment, and being steps from the sand. There were a few minor hiccups which I think were the result of the housekeeping being a little short staffed or working more slowly while training someone new. For example, the unit was not ready at the designated check in time, but we were glad to receive a call letting us know that would be case and happy to explore the area a bit before checking in. Then I think in haste to ready our unit, some items that I would typically expect at a vacation rental were overlooked. For example, there was only a partial roll of toilet paper on the holder with no extras in the bathroom cupboard and no detergent for the dishwasher, so we stocked these up ourselves on our second day with a quick trip to Safeway. We'd happily stay here again and recommend to friends because it was a comfortable apartment in such a great location.

I really wanted to LOVE this place.

Upon arrival we found the condition of the property to be terribly dirty. Broken glass and dried/burnt food in each of the four stove top burners, crumbs and greasy handprints all over the toaster, dirty coffee pot, dirty dish in the dishwasher, just to name a few things. I snapped photos and immediately contacted the after hours ā€œemergencyā€ number that was given in our arrival email. They got me in touch with the manager who assured someone would be out to clean the following day. We came back from a day out to find whomever came in only wiped the bottom drawer of the refrigerator out, which had some dried greens left in it. Nothing else was cleaned. I reached out to the manager once more. Still waiting to hear back about proper compensation. What I did love about this place is the stunning view from the deck, the proximity to everything in Seaside, and the size of the condo for our family. We still enjoyed our time in Seaside and hope this company will reach out and make it right.
