Located just a few blocks from the beach at the north end of town, you're in a quiet setting while the restaurants and shops on the main street of Broadway are just about one mile away.

The house itself is welcoming and spacious. In the living area is a variety of comfy furniture set in front of a flatscreen TV with a DVD player and an Xbox 360 (cable and WiFi included), as well as a gas fireplace and board games for rainy days.

A full, open kitchen lets you cook whatever you desire, with extras like a mixer, waffle iron, coffeemaker, blender, and dishwasher making your job easier. The dining table will fit six easily, though there's room to fit everyone for a tasty meal together.

On sunny days, the deck is where you'll want to be. There's a patio table and furniture out here, a gas grill, and of course, the private hot tub!

With three bedrooms and two full baths, there is plenty of space for up to seven travelers to sleep comfortably. One bedroom has a double bed and a second has a twin-over-queen bunk bed with a guest bathroom close by. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, flatscreen TV, gas fireplace, a full private bath, and patio access. Laundry will even be a breeze with a private washer/dryer.

This home is ideal for a family or a group of friends - walk down the sand or promenade to the Seaside Aquarium, then grab coffee and a meal at one of the numerous cafes. You might spend some time at the arcade or share some laughs trying on hats at the Carousel Mall before indulging in a delicious seafood dinner.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
