As one of the few new homes on the Promenade in Seaside, this two-story, Oregon Coast retreat will spoil you in no time at all. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen for all your cooking needs, including a gas range and plenty of counter space to cook for all your guests. The large, open living area hosts a selection of games, books, and a TV with streaming for your entertainment needs, or a place to just sit by the gas fireplace where you can warm up and relax. If you enjoy the outdoors, this home has a lower deck and upper balcony, both perfect for watching the ocean or enjoying the fresh coastal air. When you are ready to head out, the beach is an unobstructed walk away so you can enjoy all the pleasures of the sea and sand. There is an unfinished space above the garage that is not accessible to guests.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful location and home!

We were in OR for a family wedding and decided to extend our stay for a few days to the coast. We are so glad we did. This house is located right on the water with a gorgeous view! We loved walking to the beach each day and night. The house was large enough so everyone had their own space and we weren’t on top of one another. The view from the upstairs was stunning. We loved it and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for being dog friendly. Our girl loved the ocean so much!

On The Prom & Close to Town

Great house right on the Prom overlooking the ocean. The house was perfect for a stormy weekend at the beach. Started out a little rough with the codes/lock not working, but once inside, everything was 5 stars.

Amazing views

The views from the upstairs of the home can not be beat! It is a beautiful home that had everything you could want or need for your stay. It’s an easy walk to downtown and step from the prom for your daily walks/runs. However, there was no pantry/cupboards space available for our food which made the kitchen look cluttered and messy. The picture of the yard provided was also not accurate. The flower beds and yard not been taken care of. But, it did have a fenced yard that was perfect for our dogs.

Fridge doesn’t work

Property management knew the fridge was not cooling properly and never informed us. The wine fridge started leaking a bit, and the cleanliness of the master bath left something to be desired. The grout was stained, the floor looked as if it hadn’t been mopped in a long time. Management was nice enough to address the concerns about the fridge, and offered to bring a cooler, but it was a known issue and we were never made aware prior to arriving. Although the response from management was prompt and polite, the fridge never got lower than 45° so all perishables were at risk.

Kitchen Problems

This home is gorgeous but there are a few issues in the kitchen that need attention. I had read about issues with the oven so wasn’t surprised when we could never get it to come up to temperature. More upsetting was the $300+ of groceries that we couldn’t use because the fridge never got cold enough. We were there over New Year’s weekend with eight of us in attendance, and our New Year’s dinner of ham, scalloped potatoes, veggies, along with the rest of our food, ended up being inedible. I connected right away with a Vacasa representative and have submitted copies of our grocery receipts, but have only been offered $200 for our trouble. Would love to stay at this property again but not with these issues still unresolved. The customer service reps I did speak with were very attentive but would appreciate a swift resolution.

Perfect house

I rented this house for a girls weekend getaway. It was the perfect location to walk to town and had the most beautiful view and great beach access! We were blown away by how well-appointed the kitchen was. It had everything we needed. The whole house was very clean as well! I'd definitely rent this house again.

Great place to stay

This home was perfect. The location and views, close to the beach and downtown area. It was well stocked with everything you might need. There were lots of games, puzzles and books. There were lots of things for the kids to do as well. The beds were very comfortable. The property is very clean and the fenced yard for the dogs was great as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautful home.

We enjoyed 8 lovely days at this property. The home is beautiful and spacious. My son in law worked online while we were there and there was l plenty of room. We also had a 6 month old and 3 month old. Everyone was very comfortable. I already miss the view from tbe 2 nd level and sitting out on the porch watching the Ocean and Seaside life walk by.

A PERFECT week together

Four of us were traveling from the East coast to meet up with 2 more that live near Seattle. Seaside seemed to be a perfect town for us and we loved the photos of the home. Rented- flights booked- done! The home was everything we needed plus some. So well equipped with games, puzzles, every kitchen appliance and gadget needed, plus baby gates, etc. I quickly fell in love with what we named “the reading nook” on a comfy chaise. We watched movies and explored GOONIES and Free Willy sites, hiked near Echola and of course visited Haystack Rock. I had 7 glorious days with my husband, our two adult children and their significant others plus one grand pup. We cuddled up in blankets and watched the rain- we cooked fresh seafood and listened to music on all of the tech gadgets. **we are from the Deep South (Georgia) where summer temps and humidity are brutal so I was quite worried about the absence of AC, which we know is common in the PNW. Luckily, in May we didn’t need it. We needed sweatshirts and raincoats. But the days when the sun appeared, it was breathtaking to watch sunsets from the top balcony. This home will forever and always hold a special place in our heart as it was our first official family vacation of 6 adults! I would not hesitate at all to recommend to all ages! The ONLY concern (if elderly or struggle with steps) is that the main living, kitchen, are upstairs. But, the photos and descriptions clearly depict all of that well in advance.

House On The Prom

The perfect place for a weekend getaway. Everything that you could possibly need has been thought of. The location and views don’t get much better for Seaside. Thanks for a great stay!
