The staff were friendly and very helpful. They had salt water taffy at the desk and that was popular with the grandkids. The breakfast provided was comparable to other hotels that have a basic continental breakfast (hard boiled eggs, biscuits/gravyā¦not very flavorful, cereals, 2 waffle makers, toast/bagels/muffins, juices, coffee/tea. They had fresh baked cookies every day (much appreciated). The pool was well maintained (indoor pool). The rooms (2 queen beds) were comfortable and clean. The facility is definitely an older oceanside hotel: carpet worn/ripped, plumbing is noisy (but tolerable). Location is exceptional, 2 blocks to beach, 1 block to Main Street with lots of activities & restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay at this family friendly motel.
