*WE ARE A CITY APPROVED VACATION RENTAL* This is a clean, quiet, BEAUTIFUL, residential neighborhood, We have the absolute best location! 1 minute walk to the beach and just a short walk to Main Street and the Pier. If you're looking for a fun family favorite vacation house year after year, you've come to the right place. This house sleeps 6.
Owner, Jennifer, takes pride in choosing comfy beds, fresh clean linens, beautiful decorations, and fully stocking the kitchen with all your needs. She has provided beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, board games, and a Nintendo Wii and free WiFi to keep you entertained during your stay.

This house is totally remodeled and a beautifully decorated 2 story house. Downstairs has 2 living rooms, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 3/4 bath, laundry room & large porch which opens to landscaped backyard with gas fire-pit & gas BBQ for family grilling.

Upstairs comprises master suite with king bed, balcony & bathroom with a deep soaking Jacuzzi tub/shower combo and 2 sinks. 2nd bedroom has king bed with attached bathroom which also has hallway access. 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds.

Downstairs, the dining area opens onto a large porch with ample space for dining, or just relaxing in the shade. The porch leads to perfect outdoor space for entertaining friends and family. One car garage assigned parking within a two car garage and street parking pass.

Jennifer takes great pride in her home, in between guests the house is professionally cleaned and will be immaculate when you arrive.

The house was filled with everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds super comf. All the amenities we needed for the beach were provided. Location was excellent-never had to get in my car to get to Main Street and the beach. Loved everything.

Had a relaxing and quiet stay. Loved the quick access to the beach, green belt, and Main St. La Crema restaurant on Main street is a great breakfast and lunch place if you are traveling with dogs. Loved staying at the beautiful yellow house!

Great vacation house
We stayed here for 4 nights. The rooms are comfortable, the house is large and well kept. It is clean and well stocked and close to the beach and Main Street. The backyard/courtyard gets sun and the porch and chairs around the firepit are well kept and a great place to hang out. Jennifer is great, responsive and friendly. Seal Beach is a wonderful town and this house very much represents the area and its charms.

Amazing weekend stay
We looked at a lot of different properties to celebrate my husbandā€™s birthday with a little get away and found this amazing location. It was perfect! It was very clean and well appointed. We currently live in AZ but we lived in CA for 30+ years so we decided to celebrate our 50th Anniversary back in OC. The location was amazing and so was the house. Plenty of room to share with sonā€™s family. The host was spectacular especially with prompt communication. Would be glad to return.

Weekend Getaway
We had a wonderful time at this Seal Beach home. The house was clean and beautiful. Jennifer, the owner, was helpful and quick to reply. Great location, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and less than 10 minutes walk to the pier and Main street. Best part of the house was the little backyard with a patio and fire pit. It was the perfect place to relax and end each day with a glass of wine. I would definitely stay here again!

Great house in a perfect location!
Our stay in Old Town Seal Beach was absolutely perfect. This home is large and comfortable, well equipped and in a perfect location to walk everywhere in Seal Beach. Communication with the owner was excellent. She was very nice and responded promptly to every question we had. We will definitely be back and may even consider staying for a few weeks at a time. Thatā€™s how much we love Seal Beach and enjoyed this particular rental.

This place is as described. We are veteran visitors to Seal Beach (30+ years visiting). This is one of the best places we rented. The owner was on top of all communication. Would have like additional sets of keys but we managed. It is well appointed with nice furnishing and amenities. Could have used a larger dining room table. The outdoor area is very nice as well.
