Just steps away from the beach, great pool/hot tub, with plenty of outdoor area for dining and relaxing. Kids enjoyed having all the beach toys. Indoor furnishings are comfy, kitchen well equipped/stocked, everyone slept well on very nicely appointed beds. Only thing that we missed was a bathtub for smaller kids. "We rented 2 units for our family. Both units advertised a bunk room with 2 bunk beds (pictures were included). We needed both units. 5 days before arrival I had heard nothing from one of the units managed by 30A escapes. Finally was able to contact them and they informed us that the bunks in our unit had been ripped out and were no longer available. It could have been a disaster but at last minute one of our people canceled. Also we did not get gate code or room code until we actually arrived...

"The private beach is what this place is all about. No mad rush to the beach at 6am to drop chairs and umbrellas for a 5x5 plot of sand like the public beaches. Here you can relax and know you always have your spot. The condo itself is nicely updated and clean. "This house was great! The management company was incredibly easy to communicate with, the house was very clean and beautifully updated, and the pool was just perfect. Our kids loved the bunk room and thought it was so cool that they got to sleep up there. The house has been updated very nicely and everything was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked; the only thing we could have used was a pitcher for our lemonade, but we had everything else that we needed. The insulated mugs and towels waiting...
