The spacious home is spread out amongst three levels. The first-floor living area is an open concept and is highlighted by contemporary furnishings, large windows, an abundance of natural light, and a stunning view of the marsh and pool. The modern kitchen is bright and recently renovated. For dining, there is a large, solid wood table that accommodates 10 and a added coffee bar-style counter with stools in the kitchen. Also on the first floor is one of the two primary bedroom suites, with a view of the marsh, and a private bath with a walk-in tiled shower and soaking tub. This bedroom also has a working desk and sliding glass doors with access to the pool deck. An additional half bath is located on this floor.

The second floor has two bedrooms (Bedrooms #2 and #3), which contain a king bed and two twin beds, respectively. These two bedrooms each have their own vanity and share a shower room between them which can be privately accessed. The second floor also has an additional full bathroom off the hallway.

The third floor has a family game room with a standalone bar, the second primary suite, the fifth bedroom, and a covered porch overlooking the pool and marsh/creek. Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Beginning January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island is requiring all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

All Sweetgrass rental properties include: bed linens, bath towels, access to washer/dryer, high-speed internet/WiFi, no-contact remote check-in process, and a one-day starter supply kit of necessities (ex. paper towel roll, toilet paper, one trash bag, one packet of detergents, single-use soaps, and a package of coffee).

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2025. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2026.

To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities.
