Stunning 4 Bedroom Executive Beach House With Access To Quiet Beach

Sea's the Moment Beach House is a stunning 4 bedroom top quality beach house sitting directly above the incredible red sand shores of Prince Edward Island’s beautiful North Shore. Sea’s the Moment was built in 2005 as a luxury beach house designed to comfortably hold two groups of friends or family. There are 2 master bedrooms and two second bedrooms with full bathrooms arranged on either side of a large central “great room”. The great room contains gourmet kitchen, dining area and living room. The great room and both master bedrooms have spectacular views overlooking the open Atlantic ocean on the Gulf of St. Lawrence.

The great room is a combination gourmet kitchen, dining room and living room with a high, airy vaulted ceiling. In addition to dimmable halogen lighting throughout, the kitchen area is also lit with two large skylights for generous natural lighting.

The gourmet kitchen area contains stainless steel appliances including wine fridge, dishwasher and large refrigerator. It also has granite counter-topped island with 3 seats for casual conversations and comfortable glasses of wine while preparing your feast. The dining room has a large sized harvest table with basic seating for 8 people and two extensions available that accommodate 4 more.

The living room has 8 ft windows overlooking the open ocean. The living room area is equipped with a flat-screen TV, combination dvd/vcr player, stereo unit (am/fm, cd, cassette) as well as a large selection of games from kids board games to chips for texas hold-em, as well a a large extra table custom-built for chess or checkers.

We also offer a eclectic selection of books including paperback novels, cookbooks, tourist guides and nautical books.

Master bedrooms have queen size beds, dual nightstands, and a large wardrobe unit. Both master bedrooms overlook the ocean. East and West bedrooms are mirror images. If you prefer to wake up to the morning sun stay on the East side. Second bedrooms have single bed over double bunk beds, plus single rollout trundle bed & wardrobe unit. Sleeping capacity is 12 in beds, plus 2 more on the pullout sofa in the living room.

Whether you come to laze on the beach, tour Anne’s Land or relax by the open fire at night and listen to the waves breaking, your trip to PEI and your stay at Sea’s the Moment will become a memory you will treasure forever.

Prince Edward Island is famed for it’s beautiful red sand beaches. At Sea’s the Moment we are fortunate enough to have many kilometers of virtually private stretch of beach. The beach house is situated on the top of a 15m cliff overlooking a beautiful, virtually private, red sand beach. Beach access is via a path down a gully on the property next to Sea’s the Moment. Use of the gully path is restricted to cottagers in the immediate area, effectively making the beach area private.

Great Family getaway
Spent a week with our Adult Children and Grandchildren in a most beautiful spot. We all loved the beach that was shared with the dozen or so rentals and residents in the area. Close to Cavendish (20 Min ) and lots of great golf courses to choose from. We will be back!!

Not clean
In one of the bathrooms there was a kitchen pot placed under the drain pipe that was filled with water that we were unaware of and it over flowed. We washed all towels , glasses, bath ,mats ,floors on the first day. Windows sills in showers were filled with soil.There high ceilings and they were filled with cob webs and spiders.You would expect more ( regular)cleanliness for the price. The water is not potable but ok to shower.(also being a taller person the shower water hits me in the belly🤓) No cable TV available. Wayne

Seas the Moment
Our family enjoyed 2 weeks in this spacious and well equipped cottage. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. Clean towels, beach towels and bedding were provided. The common area was roomy and had a comfortable couch. This was great on rainy days. This cottage is ideal for 4 adults and 4 to 6 children or 8 adults. There are sliding doors separating bedrooms and the common area keeping noise levels low for those who are still sleeping. Nothing beats the view of the ocean and sunrises and sunsets from the common room. Location is good for access to attractions, grocery shopping, fish market and golf. The beach is used only by neighbouring cottagers making it very quiet. We would definitely return.

Amazing!
This cottage was everything as described from the amazing views off the deck or front windows, one of the best stocked places I've ever booked from linens to kitchen, cleanliness, comfort, it's all great! Would suggest that if possible you check to see what's already there before stocking up. The sunrises with coffee, the sunsets with wine, and beach in between were wonderful. Very quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, and we were so lucky with the weather. My family and I were so very glad to be back on the island again and we will return to this spot of heaven again! The best spot yet of all the places we've stayed on PEI over the years. Thank you!!

Lovely oceanfront getaway
Ideal location with direct access to the extensive beach, surprisingly clean of jellyfish, seaweed and the usual debris that the ocean churns up. The property is well suited to families with lots of sleeping space and outdoor green space. The property manager was very responsive and quickly addressed any questions or concerns raised.

Best Family Beach Vacation!
We had a wonderful stay at this Sea View property. Beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset every day. Beautiful quiet beach - our entire group spent hours walking the beach and collecting sea glass every day. Easy drive to Cavendish and North Rustico, although we felt our beach at Sea View was nicer than either of them:) Lots of space for 2 families in the cottage, and sliding doors between either wing and the living area a nice touch for a multigenerational crowd who don’t all keep the same hours. Our only regret was that one week wasn’t long enough:)

Perfect location
The setting was in a perfect, With access to beach and beautiful sunsets. The property itself was okay. Needs some TLC so that facets and drains aren’t leaking, windows and screens open (screens with holes) and someway to prevent the nightly parade of bugs inside. It was okay but it could be so much better with some maintenance

Couldn’t imagine a more idyllic place
This was a family/friends trip that we will remember forever. The beach that this house overlooks is incredible. Shallow warm water, perfect for little kids, and we also made good use of kites, body boards, stand up paddle board and our fishing rods. Some jellyfish but they were large and easy to avoid. Cycling from the house is pretty nice also - cars were respectful. The house was stocked with everything we needed and we especially loved the classic VHS videos and explaining to our kids what “rewind” means. Lots of hot water, washer/dryer worked great. Main sink tap is a bit leaky and ice/water i. Fridge not working but that didn’t affect us much. We really loved this spot - I can’t say enough about the beautiful beach. Hope we can come back someday.

Beautiful scenery, beautiful cottage!
This is a great family vacation rental! The cottage is spacious, clean and well stocked. The area is beautiful, with many big beaches a short driving distance away. The beach located directly on the property is very nice as well, accessible via a steep staircase or a short drive down the road. Overall a lovely vacation!

Great location but that's about it
Owner was very hard to get in contact with, within the first five minutes we had to call a plumber as the sink was leaking into the floor. The owner never responded. Two of the beds had not had their sheets washed so we had to strip them and wash them. For a place that tells you not to bring anything..we needed to buy everything from dishwasher detergent to dish soap to salt and pepper to toilet paper! The "gourmet" kitchen was...not. the fridge was dirty when we arrived so we had to clean it, and the water dispenser was obviously broken..it had some rag shoved into it. The windows were in bad repair- a few of them fell in when we tried to open them. The front door would blow open if you didn't lock it too. The place was generally really disappointing except for the view and proximity to the beach. But, we forwarded the angle of the stairs going down to the beach is quite steep! My elderly mother needed A LOT of help. I would go back to this area, but not this house. It has a lot of potential, just hasn't been maintained and the company renting it is not super helpful.

Beautiful spot for staycation!
This is a beautiful cottage in an incredible location. Comfortable beds, and lots of comfortable spots to sit and relax. The internet is typical speed for rural PEI, but we had no trouble streaming movies from Netflix. We live in Charlottetown and this was a perfect “staycation” spot for us. Can’t recommend it enough!

Loved everything about this vacation home! Great location, you practically have a private beach! The stairs to the beach are very long and steep, I really think that was the only downside. Layout is great for two families, and there is plenty of room for all with the big dining table and huge, comfy couch- and the view!!

Wonderful Family Vacation Home
This home had great access to a private beach that was generally empty, kids said it was the best beach we used on the island! The house was ideal for two families and a Grandma! The kitchen was very functional and spacious and the view was fantastic! We absolutely loved our stay at Sea's the Moment and were sad to leave.

Ideal Vacation
We stayed at this cottage in mid October and absolutely loved it! The location was a bit out of the way, but we were happy with that and how quiet and peaceful the location was. The Island is relatively small anyway, so it wasn't too out of the way. The views from the back of the house were amazing! Each morning we walked down to the smaller private beach where you could walk in the shallow water or on the beach and enjoy the sunrise. The path to the beach is right next to the house and down some steeper wooden stairs. The inside of the house was lovely! It would be ideal for families (maybe with older kids since the cottage is located on a cliff with no real fence- had I brought my young children, I would have been nervous to let them out of my sight while outside). The rooms were light, the kitchen was nicely stocked, and while we were out exploring most of the day, it was a nice place to come home to at night. We loved our stay here and would love to come back to the island and the cottage again! Thank you!

Nice house overall-stayed near end of season - inside needed a deep clean in some areas. We would have enjoyed staying longer. Will plan for future trip. I would recommend this property!

Great location, lovely home
Sea View is located above a lovely beach with an unobstructed view of the ocean. The beach is accessed with steep stairs.. Nice slow increase in depth of water for swimming (and not too cold). The layout of the house works nicely for multiple families with mirror images of the bedrooms on each side of the great room and lots of beds. It is located within driving distance to local towns and Cavendish (where there are venues for entertaining kids). We enjoyed Sea View and would come again.

Perfect getaway for a family
Terrific view of the ocean, well laid out and supplied house. WIfi was fine. Local rep for the owner was very helpful. Quiet neighborhood. No problem with bugs.
