"Family was in town for a baseball tournament. Was a great quiet place that was clean and well maintained. Pond was fun to fish in. Lots of nice areas to hang out outside or inside. Would definitely come back!"

"The Belmont Flat was exactly as described end an easy walk from Belmont restaurants and the Downtown Mall. The onsite host was lovely - greeted us upon our arrival and surprised us with a bottle of wine when she found out we were celebrating our 15th anniversary! So wonderful!"

"We were in town for my grandmother’s funeral and wanted to spend a little time exploring CVille and Monticello while we were here. It was clean, comfortable, safe, and cozy. It was perfect walking distance to restaurants and the mall. We were a quick drive to Monticello and hikes. Beds were comfy. My boys loved the sonic the hedgehog video game on the TV when we were packing up and during a storm that came through. We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our family. "

"Beautiful, clean, comfortable, spectacular views. The property was exactly as advertised and pictures were accurate. Kitchen had everything you need if you decide to cook-in. Pots and pans in great shape. This was the best of any rental that we have stayed in. It is a lovely property. Highly recommend and would absolutely rent again."

"They cabin was beautiful and more than met my expectations! The front porch was so nice with the hummingbirds coming to visit! It was so hot out but the cabin was cool and comfortable. Saw so many deer, dogs and horses! It was a great little trip! Would lo e to come down in the fall, it would be gorgeous!"

"Perfect, peaceful destination. The cottage was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need. Great communication with the property owner. Great weekend stay. I'll definitely come back to stay."

"Nice little place in a beautiful area. Would definitely stay again if visiting the this part of Virginia. The eggs were our dinner! Very nice!!"

"Near Monticello. There are great views! The unit is clean and comfortable. If you on the tall side, be careful of the sloped ceilings. The bed was comfortable. The shower was also nice. "

"The space is clean and well-maintained. Being a basement apartment, there may be occasional noise from the upper level. "

"We were in Charlottesville for a wedding and stayed here for a few nights with our kids (6, 4, and 2). I wouldn't say this house is necessarily kid-friendly, but they loved it anyway! This was a very cool, renovated old house with plenty of space for all of us. The location was awesome and near everything we needed to get to. If we ever find ourselves in Charlottesville again, I wouldn't hesitate to book this house."

"Hotel location at the crossroad of highly popular roads made it noisy all day and night. To avoid if you’re sensitive to traffic noise. The room was just below the roof AC machine controlling the corridors cooling. It turned on and off every hour making the most horrible sound and trembling of the room. The staff admitted it but couldn’t help it. The breakfast was super limited and the cherry on the top is that you eat on paper plates with plastic cutlery 﫣☹️"
