"This was a lovely cottage for our Christmas break, perfect for 2 adults and a dog. Maintained to a high standard and catered for all our needs. "A lovely little cabin by a lake at the back of the owner's house (great distance between. Felt secluded and peaceful. Was great waking up and feeding the chickens, guinea fowl, geese and ducks with a cup of tea looking at the lake. A great spot to unplug and relax. Fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, central heating, cooker, kettle etc. a few more utensils would be handy. "The property is lovely. We had a look around when we got there and its spacious with plenty of storage. There was tea and sugar in the cupboards as well as a comprehensive welcome pack including a map and the menus of nearby takeaways. The beds are comfy, the sofa is comfy, the shower was good, theres also a downstairs bathroom whcih was great as we were 3 people. Would definitely stay here again."

"We had a fabulous stay, the property was beautiful, very clean, and lovely decor. ideally situated for site seeing and found a lovely Italian cafe over the road, the owner was so nice.
