"Cottage is comfotable and clean, the river is a short walk through the woods, outdoor space includes a deck, 3 season room, hot tub, and fire ring. Very nice. Kitchen is well equipped, however skimpily stocked. No sugar, aluminum foil, basic spices? Even the salt shakers were empty. A starter bundle of fire wood would have been appreciated."

"very beautiful property. although was not expecting it to be so close to the road. everything was wonderful except for the patio down below has a bee's nest built behind the couch I was stung twice our dog was stung multiple times. the water inside of the camp the hot is cold and the coldest hot the door knob needs fixed just small things minus that we enjoyed our stay"

"I booked this place for my wife, 2 year old daughter, beagle, and myself for a weekend as we explored the cook forest area. It was perfect for us. Hot water, heat, privacy, a nice covered porch, fire pit, and comfy beds. And it's not just the physical things, but the customer service that make this place extra special. "Loved our stay here for a weekend away. The cabin was clean, well stocked, and had a ton of the extras that made our stay very enjoyable... including a super cozy dog bed that my pup spend quite a few hours snoring in. Would definitely visit again."

"Everything was fine except, only a 5 cup coffee maker, short on pots and pans(bring your own), no tea pot for boiling water, and they should inform the renters that there are camera's outside not pointing at the doors but actually watching you while you are in the back yard. I understand security but I thought that would be on the doors not in the back and front yards. Felt like we had no privacy while outside."

"My husband and I enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Beautiful Camp on Beechwood. It was just as expected - cozy, clean, well-stocked, and a perfect location for rest and relaxation. The cabin was nicely decorated and had everything we needed and wanted. It is located so close to beautiful state parks/forests which provided us with great hiking opportunities. "

"Overall, this met all of our needs and then some. We loved the renovated cabin and the convenient location. "The cabin and area was wonderful get away. Really liked the size of cabin and amenities. We even got to build a campfire and enjoyed it in 20 degrees temperatures. We traveled the one day north to see wildlife, like Elk. It was amazing. Some suggested improvements for the owners. 1) Improve the internet. It was spotty with weak signal. 2) Cabin was semi cool. Ran electric heaters high. bathroom heater kept tripping the breaker. Had to unplug a few things from one outlet to keep from tripping....

"Great stay! We always stop here on our way back east after visiting family in the Midwest. We enjoyed the pool and my husband and I enjoyed relaxing in the lobby after we put the baby down for the night. (Our baby monitor reached the lobby!) The breakfast is really good—the gentleman who sets everything up is fantastic! He deserves a raise 😊 We will definitely stay here again. "
