"There we 5 of us. Great location my only suggestion is that the bedrooms needed fans on some sort the master with the 2 double beds had a ceiling fan. The 3rd floor was way to warm. All in a great place. Very comfortable location "

"Very clean, very comfortable converted basement in Logan Square, with modern amenities. Location is perfect. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again without hesitation. The property manager is very responsive. The only real issue we had was with dog and stomping noise coming from the people in the unit above. "My husband and I are in our 70s and we found that our safety and comfort level was more than satisfactory while staying at this lovely Coachhouse. A real plus was the beautiful neighborhood. The location is nice and the apartment was clean, but quite bare bones - the beds didn’t have top sheets, and the only coffee in the kitchen was the type intended for hotel coffee makers - so it worked well as a place to sleep after being out and about all day. But if you’re looking for a cozy place to settle for a while, this might not be it! "

"This is a great place stay as is center of everywhere. Room is comfy and clean. Great bathroom. Basic necessities provided. Host is very good in communication and you will have a good check in process. We wish there is remote garage key instead you will need manually open the garage door by accessing the small door at the back to open the garage. "This property is in a great Oak Park location, easy walking distance to a fabulous local breakfast at Publican as well as other restaurants. Also easy walk to Dunkin if that’s more your style. Host is very responsive and great to work with. Nice sized kitchen, comfortable beds. Not a lot of counter space in bathroom. Backyard is nice place to relax in the evening. Street parking is readily available outside of school pickup and drop off."

"The property was fantastic. The home was older, but all the amenities were taken care of and you can tell it is loved. We were real close to everything, making travel to our destinations extremely easy. The downtown, which is only blocks away was cute with lots of dining and shopping options if you're just looking for a quiet getaway. We ended up having a day with no schedule, so we drove to Kenosha, WI, which is only 30 minutes away. Thank you for your hospitality! "
