"The apartment was adequate for our stay in the Albany area to attend my niece's wedding. There was plenty of room and the apartment was clean. The owners are in the process of renovating so at this time there is work that needs to be done. We would have liked to spend time in the yard and build a campfire down by the river but there was some construction going on in the back of the house. Overall, it was a nice stay and will likely be even nicer when the renovations are complete."

The house was as described/looks in pictures and had everything we needed for our family (13 people), including a basement area where the kids could hang out and watch tv while we cooked in the beautiful kitchen! "We had an incredible stay at this stunning mansion with our group of friends! The six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms gave everyone their own space, while the common areas were perfect for gathering. The basement game room became our entertainment hub - who knew ping pong and pool tournaments could get so competitive? "From the moment we booked our trip, David was amazing! The house was even better than we expected. The grounds were spectacular and the lake front was incredible. Everything you need is in the house which is so thoughtful and I noticed it is also an accessible home which is very rare and wonderful. We will be going back again! Thank you David!"

The location is too far from downtown Troy to easily walk but is an easy drive. The building has multiple units and finding the right one was a bit tricky, but the place was clean and well-kept overall and parking was easy, I would stay again."

"We had a group of 9 at the house for the weekend. It’s in a good location, about 10-15 mins to downtown Saratoga, SPAC, and the track. The heated pool is awesome, we spent a lot of time in it. The house was nice and clean when we arrived. Overall, I’d recommend this as a great place to stay. The only negative was the grill. We planned to use it but decided not to because it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned this summer and we didn’t want to risk a grease fire."

"Was a great property for our girls weekend. Really nice to have four bedrooms so we could each have our own room plus two full bathrooms. We enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard one night.
