"This was our second visit to Cromer Country Club and it didn’t disappoint. Friendly and helpful staff, good accommodation, walkable to the beach over sometimes tricky terrain. We used the games room (lovely sunset views!) and the pool and hot tub, all of which were very clean as was the whole resort. The sustainability aspects are wonderful and if we had realised we could have requested a compost bin for our food waste we would have done so (our fault for not reading the info leaflet properly!)"

"On the 3rd floor but not too many steps. The ourside doesn't do the inside justice. It was very clean, modern, comfortably furnished, perfect size and so very well equipped with crockery, glasses etc. Plus you could watch steam trains from window! Location good too. Easy walk into town. Private parking. Highly recommend. "

"We absolutely loved the house and gardens. We wish we had booked longer to spend more time hanging out together there. Great for kids with the trampoline and large football pitch to run around on. Not far from the coast and lovely local villages + walks. Great to socialise in the evening in the different lounge areas and the hot tub was great! "

"Although the write up states the pool is 5 minutes drive away the photos indicate there is a pool on the premises. The photos show an empty pool but I would imagine it to be busy as it is in a sports centre. If you have children the times they can swim are very limited so we didn’t bother to use the pool. We hired a hot tub from the venue, they use Norfolk Spas and Leisure. The hot tub was filthy, I have photos. The delivery of the hot tub was made late because of a glitch with the Reply To Host...

"The house is exactly as described so suited our group well. Local area actually has some great places to visit - Langham Glass in Fakenham , the North Norfolk Railway not to mention the Thursford Collection virtually next door ! We divided our time between the garden and trips out (the seal watching was fabulous) . Good local restaurants too. Overall a really pleasing stay."

Basic things like towel rail & toilet roll holder missing from room Jacuzzi had problem with chlorine way too high but not taken out of service... dangerous Food was excellent but restaurant service in the evening very slow. "The accommodation in the annex was a little way away from town, but walkable. We arrived a bit early, trying to avoid the rain on bicycles - but staff were understanding and prioritised getting our room ready. Felt uncomfortable arriving by bike, as no options for storing the bikes were provided, and perhaps this might be considered as the location is on the Rebellion Way, which many touring cyclists are doing."
