"Very nice place. Located in a great spot for our needs. First thing we noticed was how clean it was. I will definitely book this again on our next trip to ESVA!"

"The property was very clean. It had everything we needed for the weekend. The views were beautiful. We were close enough to town to be able to ride our bikes to the shops and restaurant. The only downside was the fact that it only had 1 bathroom-perfect for the 2 of us but not for more. "

"Very nice property, we made good use of the dock and were able to launch my 18.5 ft boat from the concrete ramp. Fishing, crabbing, boating were good (though crabs a bit on small side) the cottage was clean, well organized and neat. Everything was really nice and Genevieve was extremely responsive and pleasant to deal with."

"I have enjoyed stays in vacation homes over many summer trips. This is the first one where I feel like I could happily return. It's not home, but it was a personal place of comfort and peace. My spouse enjoyed the beauty of the place, especially the sunsets over the Chesapeake Bay. My youngest teen wanted to try to catching and preparing her dinner.
