Gîte Sarlat - Piscine & Jacuzzi

At the edge of the Périgord, in a green setting, this pretty gîte can accommodate 4 people and will be the ideal base for discovering the region. You will have a living room, an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a shower room. After a day of discoveries, return to your pied à terre and enjoy your private garden of 300m² or the shared relaxation area with swimming pool, jacuzzi (extra charge), billiards, darts... The accommodation
The accommodation is presented as follows:

Day space:
- Living room with two sofas, TV, dining area for 4 guests.
- Separate and equipped kitchen (one step to access the kitchen): oven, refrigerator, cooking plates, microwave, two coffee makers, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery...
- Shower room with jet shower, toilet and washing machine.

Night space:
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140 cm x 190 cm).
- Bedroom 2: two single beds.

Outside :
- Private garden of 300 m² with garden furniture, barbecue and parasol.
- Shared swimming pool of 10 m x 5 m not heated. The pool is accessible from May to September and is secured by an alarm.
- Shared relaxation area with jacuzzi for 4 persons (extra charge), billiard table, garden furniture, darts...

The gite is located at the edge of the Périgord in Lot et Garonne, and is close to all the great sites to visit and to villages classified "Most beautiful villages of France": Monpazier, Monflanquin, Villeréal, Pujols, Beynac, La Roque-Gageac, Sarlat, Lascaux... You will also be able to discover many castles: Château de Biron, Château des Milandes (castle owned by Josephine Baker and which made her famous), Château de Beynac (castle where "Les Visiteurs" was shot)...

Activities
- Sporting activities : canoeing on the Dordogne, Walibi amusement park (Agen), accrobranche, cycling, hiking, climbing, horseback riding...
- Numerous visits to world famous sites : Lascaux and its cave, La Roque-Gageac village...

Transportation
- You will have a private parking on the property (1 vehicle).
- TGV station of Agen at 40 km.

Other remarks
- The jacuzzi for 4 persons is available in supplement at 15 euros per hour for two persons, and is accessible from May to September. This supplement is to be paid on site.
- The swimming pool and the relaxation area are shared with the neighboring gite and the owners.
- Sheets and towels are available on request and must be paid for on site.
- Baby bed and high chair available on request, please inform us at the time of booking.
- Portable air conditioning at your disposal.
- The gîte is located on a 2 hectare property where there is another gîte for 2 persons (Gîte Monpazier), and the owners' residence.
