Watch the world go by beneath the treelined streets at Sweet Dreams on Waldburg. Apart of a Historic Victorian Home, this top-floor apartment accommodate up to six Lucky guests in Savannah’s Victorian District. The eclectic touches appear in the textiles and fixtures, which creates a modern feel to this stately home. Just steps to Forsyth Park, this impressive three-bedroom apartment has everything you need for your Savannah vacation!

Recently renovated, this second floor apartment has a private entrance, original hardwood floors, and extensive millwork throughout. Bay windows fill the spacious living room with natural light. You’ll have plenty of comfortable seating for everyone, so you can plan out your day or just enjoy drinks and conversation. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal at home.

The first bedroom is adjacent to the living room, separated by pocket doors, and features a King bed, decorative fireplace, and smart television. The second spacious bedroom has a white, leather tufted King bed and a wall-mounted TV. The stylish third bedroom has a King bed, a chaise lounge chair, wall-mounted TV and decorative fireplace. The full bathroom features the original, refinished claw foot tub/shower.

Head out to the back of the home down the stairs to find shared patio space that offers seating for four, and a gas grill - perfect for those summer evening cookouts!

Just two blocks from Forsyth Park, you’ll be ideally located to enjoy the Forsyth Farmers Market on Saturdays. Grab some coffee from the Sentient Bean or try lunch at Savannah's well-known Colin's Quarter in the park. This home is walking distance to the bustling city district and Starland district, but perfect for those who want to be located on the more quiet side of town.

This unit has free, on-street parking right outside the front door. Availability will depend on time of day and season. Our guests have not reported trouble parking near the home, even on the busiest of weekends.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.

Wonderful Last Minute Savannah Getaway
We booked a last minute trip to one of our favorite cities at the end of our Christmas break and it was wonderful! The location was amazing (steps to Forsyth Park, which was nice to take our dog to for a daily walk and easy access to the hop-on-hop-off trolley). The house was beautiful and clean. And the rental company was great to work with. The only minor complaints we had was the living room furniture was not the same as what was shown online (cheap and not very comfortable) and the stairs to our second floor space did not have any grip on them so it made it hard for our 7 year old lab to get up and down the stairs. With that said, I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location
Close to everything and perfect for our family. Our dog loved going to Forsyth Park. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Only hick-up when we arrived was the A/C wasn’t working. I called and they sent someone within 30 minutes and he fixed the issue. Thank you. We’ll be back.

Very nice but some things missing
Did love place but thought it was on first floor. The back yard outside is loud with air-conditioning units. No wash clothes or hand towels or coffee filters. Shower was difficult for older people no handles and a high tub. It is 1 1/2 baths not 2. Liked the code front door. Maybe have a map available to get layout of city and what is close to house. Maybe put local current events on the welcome email.

Beautiful Victorian Home
Beautiful old character charm next to Forsyth park. My husband loves to jog in the mornings so location was ideal for us. We don’t mind walking so never used our car. Free street parking. It’s about 1mile to river st. It’s a beautiful walk through the middle of lots of parks and squares. There are also restaurants… along the way. Lots of stairs at the property if this is a problem for you. We stayed with another couple (4 people). There were 4 large bedrooms available each with a TV. Only one full bath. Additional 1/2 bath was small.

Long Weekend in Savannah
Had a fabulous stay at this location in Savannah. So close to the park and a beautiful apartment with plenty of space! We had a wonderful time here, though do want to mention that there is a small, but extra room with what seems to be a queen bed. Additionally we found that instead of 3 king beds + bedrooms, there were 3 bedrooms with 2 king and one queen. This was no problem to us whatsoever but wanted to state that there was an additional room and a slight change in the bed configuration. We had a fabulous time and are looking forward to staying again!

Room for improvement
All around our stay was great but the cleanliness has room to improve. On the positive side you do get an additional bedroom that isnt listed, the community is beautifully, the slight bit of communication we had to have with the company of the rental while we were there was courteous and our issue was resolved quickly, efficiently and by a very kind handy man who ensured our comfort of his presence (being two women and 2 small kids while the remainder of our guests enjoyed a ghost tour) and didnt impose on our evening. To the negatives. The house had sheer(ish) white curtains in every room so you get no true privacy and it makes it uncomfortable in the morning during the wake up process since it is so bright all around except the back room by the kitchen. The house could have been cleaner. Thats our only issue. The white linens on the chairs are stained, the rugs in the rooms didnt feel. The tub stoppers were molded underneath which poses an issue when you have a few small children thay require a bath (we ended up using wash cloths as stoppers) the sliding door from the main seating space to seemingly the master bedroom is covered in dust and dirt. Overall things that can be quickly improved with a tighten up of the cleaning crew and nothing that wouldnt stop us from staying again if we decided to visit the are as a large group again.

Different than listing
Had 5 adult girlfriends go for a getaway. Property lists 3 king beds which is a lie. There is 1 king and all the rest very small queen or full beds. Listing says tons of seating but none of the furniture in pics is in house. There is one small sofa that one side keeps collapsing. A few random hard chairs. Extremely uncomfortable seating overall. Lastly, it never got under 76 in the house. The outside was so much cooler and windows are sealed shut. It was a great location but I would not recommend this particular rental.

Love Savannah
The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Two things that weren’t in the original description: it actually has a 4th bedroom with a double bed and one of the bathrooms is only a half bath. All of the other bedrooms are spacious and beautiful. The kitchen is on the small side but is well stocked. We loved the proximity to Forsyth Park and would stay here again.
