This breathtaking new ground level apartment is in the heart of the Historic District. Enjoy gorgeous designer finishes in the kitchen and bathroom. Relax inside in the professionally decorated living room or outside on the shared back patio which is totally enclosed and shared only with the 3 apartments on this property. The King size bed and queen pullout sofa allow the unit to sleep up to 4 people.

This listing includes one enclosed garage parking spot which will accommodate a small to medium size car. Garage bay fits a small or medium size car and the garage door is roughly 91' wide and 83' tall. If you have a larger car then you will need to use public street parking which is free within the 1 block radius.

Multiple Stays, Always Great!
This was the 3rd time we have stayed here and I will continue to come back! Always spotless, beautifully decorated, roomy and comfortable, and the location couldn't be better. We can walk everywhere and parking is right out front.

Best Vacation
Me and my boyfriend stayed in this apartment for a few days and loved every bit of it! It was located in a good area, and within walking distance to much of anything we wanted to do. Our only complaint would be being on the bottom floor and the people above could be noisy at times. The Chevy equinox was too big for the garage but it was easy to get a spot in front of the building! These two things wouldn’t keep us from coming back. Thank you Mary for being so good to us!

Beautiful Place
We had a wonderful time at the apartment. It was clean, convenient to walk to town and except for a little upstairs noise (which is understandable) we had a great time. Don’t let it deter you from checking it out. It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay!!

Great Location!
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and loved the close proximity to restaurants and main attractions. Accommodations look as shown in the pics. The only downsides were clealiness of the unit and parking. Although the unit is nicely decorated and stocked, it needs to be cleaned better, hence hair and dust in the air vent within the bathroom and other areas that showed lack of thorough cleaning. Parking was an issue because we have a larger pick up truck and other guests took up the roadside parking. If parties have multiple vehicles, one should be parked in the garage. We would definitely book this unit again with hope it is cleaned better. Thanks for your hospitality.

Ready to Come Back!
The garage was great -- just big enough for our Captiva. The garage opened to the small, pristine courtyard, which led to the back door. Walking into the unit, it was exactly, maybe even better than the listing photos. There was a lovely scent throughout the rooms. The entire unit was PRISTINE! From the fully equipped kitchen, complete with Keurig coffeemaker -- there is also a regular coffeemaker as well, the kitchen was wonderful! Everything from dishes to mixer was at my fingers and the island was so handy to spread out. The large fridge even had an ice-cube dispenser. The living room had plenty of room, comfortable, with a large flat-screen TV. The bedroom has a very comfortable king bed and lots of dresser and closet space, along with another TV. This unit was a joy from our first night to our last day. Just beautiful.

Great Location!!
A wonderful place to explore Savannah from. 2 blocks up by church you can catch Savannah Trolley Tour (stop #7) with ticket purchase online. The owner is very responsive and has done a beautiful job on remodel. I would definitely stay here again.

Lots of space and still close to the action
We have stayed at many properties in Savannah but this was probably the largest. It is fairly new construction (with lots more being built in the neighborhood). The garage fit our Mazda 3, but for the most part we just left it parked because all of the action on Broughton and River streets are still within walking distance if you are reasonably in good health. I will say that given the chance again we would book the upstairs unit because the walls are fairly thin so we could hear the neighbor's TV's and the upstairs folks walking around which was kind of loud at times. However, the unit was very nicely stocked with everything we needed and then some.

Great Little Getaway
It was my first time visiting Savannah and everything was terrific minus the REALLY cold weather! This cute little apartment was the perfect place to stay for our weekend getaway! It’s in a great location, as is right down the road from downtown Savannah. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cute, quaint one bedroom apartment.

Cozy Get Away
My husband and I had a great time at this property. We didn’t feel like we were missing comforts of home you may have in a rental. It is a short walk to neighboring cafes and restaurants and about 20 min from Broughton and River St areas. Check in and out was easy! Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Savannah.

40th wedding anniversary trip.
Overall it was a great trip. There was one night the tenants upstairs were being really rowdy but other than that everything was perfect! Really enjoyed having a garage to put the car in. Great location. Walked everywhere. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Great Apartment and Great Location
The apartment was awesome. Location was everything and all needs were met upon entering. Overall the apartment was gorgeous and clean, but there was a battle with all types of hair being left in the space. There was curly hair in the bathroom, blond hair I. The bed room, brown hair in the kitchen. Hair was everywhere. If there was a cleaning tool that would remove all the unwanted and remaining hair, the visit would have been perfect. I would rent this space again and again because it was a great space, but I ask that more attention be paid to removing hair left behind by previous occupants.
