Come relax in the garden level of this historic home located on nationally-renowned Jones Street. Enter through a lovely garden and courtyard which is available to enjoy. This charmingly-decorated space has brick floors, exposed beams, and a fireplace, making this rental both refined and cozy.

Located in the heart of Historic Downtown Savannah, this space is within walking distance of locally-owned shops, such as Satchel, Custard, and One Fish, Two Fish. You can also walk to several restaurants and bars in the area, such as Public, The Collins Quarter, and Gallery Espresso. Broughton Street and City Market are also within walking distance but can be easily accessed with a Pedicab. If you're looking to enjoy some outdoor time, Forsyth Park is right around the corner.

Exceptional!
We absolutely loved our stay in the Garden Suite! It is beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean! We loved being able to walk everywhere especially with our dog! The courtyard is beautiful and private and the dogs can run around outside without worry! The tables and chairs in the courtyard allow you to sit outdoors and relax! I prepared breakfast one morning and we sat and enjoyed it in the courtyard with our daughter and her boyfriend who are students at SCAD and their pup! We highly recommend this place! We hope it’s available next time we come down to visit!

Perfect private and quiet location, walk everywhere
We loved our quiet, private studio which was within walking distance of nearly everything we wanted to see in Savannah. We felt safe accessing the studio through a private courtyard and visits from the neighbors dog!

Wonderful Property
We had a great stay at the Jones Luxury Garden Suite. The property has a lot of charm, is located in the heart of downtown Savannah and is a short walk to coffee shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed the garden courtyard and the owners are very pet friendly. This was one of the best stays we've had in a while!

Comfy, quiet & pup friendly
This is such a lovely little ground-level apartment on Jones street. It was quiet, private and has super interesting art and books. The check-in is easy with keyless entries and makes going in and out easy too. Parking was no problem for me on the street. I downloaded the Pay Savannah app and just added money to it when I needed. The place has a big washer/dryer and a fully stocked kitchen. Great shower head, big comfy bed, lovely living room, big tv. And pup friendly. It’s a great location in the historical district. Close to everything. I will definitely book here again when I’m back!

A True Jem In Savannah!
We were extremely-pleased with this wonderful property! It was within easy, walking range of the historic downtown sites, and had a beautiful garden area to relax in. The apartment retained some of the original, over 200-year old features, while adding modern amenities, such as a well-equipped kitchen, K cup appliance, and rain head shower. The owner is friendly, and both of her dogs are well-behaved and sweet; they live upstairs. Parking could be the only issue, but since we were visiting over the weekend, it was free, and we did find a spot, just across the street.

Great Little Respite
Perfect as always! Our pup loves it and it’s so centrally located. Ms. Thomas is the sweetest and welcomed us with open arms (especially our pup). One of our fav spots to stay in Savannah! What a great little anniversary escape.

Love this place…
Fantastic location, plenty of space for the 2 of us and friends who dropped by. Huge bathroom with an amazing shower. Bed was super comfortable. Kitchen had most everything we needed. Thoroughly enjoyed visiting with Leon and Phoebe. Would absolutely stay here again. Notes - the photo gallery shows a toaster and basket style coffee maker in the kitchen, but there was a Keurig and we never could find the toaster :( The worn brick floors are amazingly beautiful, but not great if you are unsteady on your feet or have balance issues. Would have liked to have a luggage stand or 2, I hate having to keep my suitcase on the floor.

Loved both the property and the location. Parking was somewhat of a problem city wide however we were able to walk to everything. Loved Ms Cora Bett as well as Feebie and Leon. Great patio area felt very savannahish!! Would revisit Savannah but only if we stayed at Cora’s. Thank you for providing a comfortable, safe environment to relax and enjoy.

Great stay!!
Great location in the historic district. Perfect size for two people. The space had lots of history and quaint personality. This is an apartment setting below the main house, so there was some overhead noise. We didn’t find it bothersome, but if you are looking for a super quiet spot, this one might not be for you. We loved the space and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful oasis in the heart of the historic district
Wonderful stay in a beautiful neighborhood! The garden suite was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for me and my two dogs. We especially loved the courtyard and visiting with Phoebe and Leon, the two dogs who live upstairs! It was a great location and close to everything! Savannah is a very walkable city!

The Best of the Savannah historic district
Lovely property with artful decor. In walking distance to fine places to eat. Around the corner from the well-respected Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD) and the beautiful squares. This basement apartment is a part of a pre-Civil War home on one of the most famous and beautiful streets in the city. The apt. Has interesting books about Savannah and books on various arts, decor and fashion. It was fun, not perfect, but beat a boring hotel room by a mile. We have visited Savannah several times but this occasion was to attend the performance of Andrea Bocelli, but the tours are really good which we had already experienced.

Oh what a joy!
Absolutely great place.Very rich in history and abounding in beauty.Everything you could want at your fingertips.The cobblestone streets out front and the oak trees that line the street make you feel has if you have stepped back in time.Also have to say it because it does not happen a lot but the mattress on the bed was so comfortable.If your looking for the best place to stay in Savannah this is it hands down.

Miss Cora Betts Garden Apartment
We absolutely loved this charming garden apartment. It was perfect for Lynn and me and our Yorkie Rosie. We were also lucky enough to meet Miss Cora and her dogs Phoebe and Leon. We’ll be back next year for a longer stay, and we wouldn’t want stay anywhere else.

Beautiful, historic, and great location
Check-in process was easy, and the fountain in the beautiful garden set the tone of relaxed beauty. We are dog lovers so happy with the occasional dog greetings as we were coming and going. The property was classy and comfortable with fun art pieces and photographs. Comfortable bed, Amazon Fire stick, great shower. I appreciated the air purifier and thermostat control. The location is great - we are already planning to return next year!
