4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, two couch living room (one sleeper sofa), dining room, eat in kitchen - this home entertains up to 10 people comfortably.

Relax in the large fenced back yard, complete with patio furniture, BBQ grill, gas fire table & wood fire pit.

If we are not made aware of the complaint in a timely manner during your stay, we cannot be help responsible for the issue, as we had no opportunity to remedy it.

The private home is nestled at a dead end cul-de-sac in a quiet, residential neighborhood on Whitemarsh Island. No through traffic. Being located just off of the Island Expressway allows us to be smack dab in the middle between Downtown Savannah & Tybee Beach, have the convenience of Walmart, grocery stores, and restaurants right around the corner, all while still having a nice quite place to retreat at the end of the day when your adventures are done. There are neighbors here! Respecting quiet hours and the neighbors is extremely important. We are only able to provide this lovely home by working together with our wonderful community.

You'll have access to the entire home! The garage is often stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, and other beach gear, depending on what other guests may have used. The backyard backs up to the Island Expressway - your route out to the beaches! There is some noise from the road, but the fence and trees do block much out it out. This doesn't take away from all the fun of our back yard, though! And you can't hear the traffic from inside the house at all.

This ~1400sf home can sleep up to 10 when utilizing the pull out sleeper sofa. There are plenty of spaces for guests to spread out between the living room, dining room, kitchen table, backyard patio & fire pits. Not to mention guest can easily retreat back the bedrooms for rest and relaxation, all but 1 with a smart TV to watch cable or all your streaming apps. The entire house has high speed WIFI included. Plenty of parking too!

This is the South! Enjoy classic Southern charm & hospitality, the Spanish Moss hanging in the backyard, and if you're lucky, even spot an alligator in the many channels and culverts.
