This cozy condo is in the perfect location in beautiful downtown Savannah, GA. The unit features a large bedroom, large living area, and fully equipped kitchen with an open floor plan. This historic cottage, originally constructed in the late 1800's, has been eloquently renovated and furnished with modern conveniences and a contemporary feel. Walking distance to grocery, bars, fine dining, and world famous Forsyth Park make this an unbeatable location. Did we mention there is a pool? In downtown Savannah? How often does that happen?

Cute condo with a pool!
We were in town for the Savannah Bananas baseball camp and having the pool was a game changer for our son. We had a little snag in the beginning and David was quick to accommodate, which I appreciate! The place was clean and had everything we needed for the week. We will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful getaway !!
We enjoyed our stay at cottage all we neede was there .... Very quaint and time specific we really enjoyed !! Also comvient to all downtown historic district ...just a beautiful city too !!

Great little place!
We had a very enjoyable stay at our cozy condo! The pool was clean and secluded, the house was clean and furnished quite nicely and David physically drove us to a favorite lunch place (pointing out notable sites along the way) to be sure we'd get there in time to enjoy their menu before closing! I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it was a teensy bit further of a walk than we thought it'd be, and the porch chairs could've been more cozy for my morning coffee . Bring good shoes and you're golden! Or call a pedicab, they provide you with their number ;)

Great Location, Close to Everything
My girlfriend and I came to Savannah for a two night stay and I found this property on VRBO. The condo was charming indoors and very close to everything, especially Forsyth Park and the surrounding area. We have no problem walking around Savannah to take in the scenery, so this location was ideal for an active couple. David was very helpful and attentive to any of our needs. The only consideration one should consider with this property is that you do have neighbors and the walls are not thin. We definitely heard some people partying it up to the wee hours of the morning, but it did not bother my sleep. For those that are sensitive sleepers just keep that in mind. I definitely would recommend this property to anyone wanting to take a weekend trip to Savannah.

Fantastic Rental!
We needed a place to stay at during the Savannah Rock n Roll races and stumbled upon this jewel. David is fantastic and super welcoming alongside this rental that felt like home. It's a short drive to any site seeing / restaurants that you may be interested in. I highly recommend this to anyone who is wanting something cozy yet close to everything. We will definitely be back!

For the young at heart
We were a little disappointed with the location at first but the little bungalow was convenient for our needs. The apartment felt like the one we had in collage years ago a bit older and trying to adapt to the future. Our first night was interrupted by a party near by and then some angry arguments and yelling for hours. Since the bedroom faces the street you get a lot of the noise. The people next to us was heard through our the time we were there, turning up the TV was used to drown out their noise. (just like college living). I wouldn't recommend this place to my older friends but if your young at heart it's a cool convenient place to be and enjoy Savannah.

Cozy and Comfortable Cottage
This condo /cottage was very inviting and clean. It's the perfect little spot for a relaxing getaway for two. It's a short drive to River Street and David was a great host. We'll definitely stay here again.

Cozy cottage
This little place was perfect for a romantic get away for my husband and I! Plenty of room for two people, such a cute place with everything we needed, and so close to downtown Savannah, maybe a 5 minute drive from River Street? Will definitely look in to staying there again next time we are there!

Disapointment
1) Cottage was not clean. 2) When we pulled out the sofa bed (under the sofa), there was a lot of dust a cobwebs, some garbage, and we even found a dog toy (property stated no pets). 3) The blankets in living room closet were not clean. They had a funny smell and we were not able to use them. 4) The person staying next door to us was extremely noisy and I believe there were dogs in the property. We were able to hear dogs barking and running. 5) At night time, there was a person going through the garbage and making a lot of noise. 6) The bathroom light was not working. The first evening we had to use the bathroom with the door opened. 7) The water in the shower was not draining properly, a lot of the water backed up. 8) On our second day, we walked into the cottage we saw huge cockroach. We decided it was better for us to leave. There was also a huge dead cockroach on one of the chairs in the porch. The owner did reimburse us for one of the nights and offer us a free stay if we ever decided to go back to Savannah.

Nicely appointed space for an anniversary trip
The cottage looks exactly like the pictures-- clean, comfortable, and inviting. The bed was comfortable and the pool was clean. The pool was an ideal spot to spend the hot, humid afternoons between sightseeing in the morning and heading out in the evening. The neighborhood was convenient-- about a mile and a half to River Street and 4 blocks into the heart of the historic district. If it had been cooler, we could have walked everywhere. I will book this property again in the future.

Just what we were looking for!
We had a great stay on Gwinnett Lane! Charming & clean. Great location. Nice pool. Perfect house for a couple. David was very helpful. He recommended a great resturant with in walking distance- Local 11 ten-delicious! Great rooftop bar with music too! We'll be back & we have already recommended the property to a friend!

Great Stay!
This condo was perfect for us (couple). Very clean, had everything one might need, the pictures are totally accurate. We had no issues with any noise and we were here over a weekend. We were able to walk to River St., although it might be far for someone with limited mobility. Still, when we chose to drive to River St. it was maybe a 5 minute drive and public parking was available so this location was ideal. Grocery shopping is very close as is Forsyth Park, which was beautiful. David was very easy and quick to communicate with which made the whole experience seamless. I would absolutely recommend this condo!

Nice place to stay
We were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The pull out sofa bed could have been more comfortable, but the queen bed made up for it. Overall we had a nice time.

Great location for Savannah visit
The cottage is a great location for a Savannah visit. With the grocery store, health foods, coffee shops near by makes it really convenient! You can walk everywhere, and leave the car safely parked. Great also for me is recycling is easy and convenient in Savannah. The apartment was clean and David came over to greet us on arrival and was very helpful with recommendations etc. The only negative we had was a noisy neighbor late at night. Guess neighbor had too much St. Paddy's cheer.

Great amenities and Great location!!
We absolutely loved this condo. Its such a cozy condo for a romantic getaway. We loved that it was close enough to River Street to go wander, but far enough to be able to relax in peace and quiet. The owner is a great guy! He came to the cottage the day after check in to have a meet and greet! Very nice and outgoing. Without a doubt, we would definitely stay here in this condo again.

Cozy home away from home
Very nice cottage for our honeymoon. The owner was nice and came directly to the cottage to bring a map of the city so we could find everything we planned to go. He made sure we had all we needed and gave several recommendations of places to eat and visit. Definitely staying here again.
