Broughton Perch With 2 Suites! Next to City Market

This apartment is like a secret hideaway perched above the busy Savannah night life and shopping scene. It is one block from City Market! Never wonder what to do next! You will be surrounded by tons of restaurants, bars, boutiques and interesting retail stores plus steps away from historic tourist landmarks and museums. Your booking will include our garage card for 24/7 parking for one vehicle in a nearby parking deck! If you have no car you will not miss it because there is NO need to drive! This apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a King bed. There is a full kitchen, a full laundry room, a dining table and a nice sectional sofa in the living room.

There is a building entry which is secure. You will walk up one flight of carpeted stairs to your unit. There is NO elevator so every member of the group must be capable of walking up stairs.

Great location
We had such a wonderful stay in Savannah. We were within walking distance of so many iconic locations. The ceilings and the floors at this property were beautiful. It was an enchanting experience.

Historic Neighborhood Vibe
Some of the reviews made me cautious about the area. Everyone is right, this is a noisy neighborhood, especially Thursday, Friday Saturday night. Light sleeper should take the interior bedroom. The apartment is cute and satisfied our needs. We only were in it to sleep and rest at different parts of the day. appreciated the comfy couch and comfy beds. Apartment could use a little updating, especially the things that are broken, but they don’t deter from this stay. Would have appreciatedlaundry detergent being in the apartment, but we went and bought some and left it for the next tenant. We also had to go buy tissues not a big deal though.Entrance and hallway could use a bit of a cleaning, but that’s not the ownrrs fault that it’s this way. Appreciated the café downstairs. Loved walking around the corner to Pounce which is a wine café place with cats to play with. Despite the noise, we love the location, especially to be able to walk down to the new Marriott on River Street quickly, and that whole area down there. Be sure to check out all the rooftops. There were some pretty sunsets from a few of them.

PLACE NEEDS WORK; GREAT LOCATION
The best thing about the place is that it is a great location. However, the place needs some serious attention. The entry and stairs were filthy. The carpeted stairs and the unit's uneven floors are actually dangerous, especially for seniors. The shower door track kept coming off in the one bathroom, and the other bathroom had a missing towel rack that looked as though it had been torn off the wall. Light bulbs were out all over. The front door to the unit would only open about 18 inches because it scraped the floor so badly. The odor was very musty. The wall clock needed a new battery. The upholstery on the dining room chairs needs replacing. The beds are way too low to the floor. Only 3 cups and glasses for 4 guests. And frankly, the place could use a fresh coat of paint.

Awesome stay! Excellent location!
This apartment was excellent all around. Very clean and comfortable. Much better than a hotel stay and the parking pass was a huge bonus. Ditch the car and walk everywhere! Sure, you could nitpick a few things. But why? Stay here.

Perfect Location
This is the place to be in Savannah-you’re so close to everything! The living area here is by far the best I’ve experienced in the area (with ann amazing view too!) and the couch is large and spacious. The beds are very firm and not very comfortable, and there is not much, if any storage for things you need in the shower, but other than that it’s the perfect place to stay. Check out the French bakery next door for some of the best food in the area!

Location amazing, cleanliness not so much
The location of this is amazing. The entry and carpet and cobwebs leading to the apartment-while not the owners fault is abysmal- and the apartment while comfortable was not spotlessly clean and there were broken towel bars and lightbulbs out. The showers did have mold and the tracks of the closet were filthy. The baseboard were dusty as well. The ceiling and wooden beams were dust laden. The location does make up for this I suppose but I think since I'm paying for the cleaning it should be clean. The garage is about two blocks and the card gives you access to in and out really easy peasy. The card was missing when we arrived and Jennifer was very nice to help get it to us.

Great location!
This property is in a great location, within walking distance to many restaurants and lots of shopping. It is confortable and had plenty of room for us. The only negative on the location is the traffic and noise on Friday and Saturday nights. Savannah is a hopping place and the partiers are out until the wee hours. Despite that, we had a very nice stay and enjoyed the property.

Great Location
This was a lovely spot to spend a few days exploring Savannah! It was so easy to get everywhere, whether we felt like meandering by foot or driving. The use of the parking garage was a big perk. Everything was as described, just took off a star for cleanliness because of mold growing in one bathroom by the vent. Didn’t have cause to contact management so can’t speak to responsiveness, but their instructions were very thorough. Overall the condo was spacious, clean, & comfortable.

Love the convenience of dining, trolly cars, parking garage. The unit itself was great. Clean nicely decorated, nice furnishing’s etc. the building it’s in not so much. The owner of our unit doesn’t own the building. The noise level was high most nights. Again, the owner has no control over that. We tolerated it because it was nice inside and so convenient for us.

Location, Location, Location!!!
Convenient to everything. Parked car, never touched till we left. Beware! Get your car centered inspace, if your tire touches white line you will get a ticket.. Stairs are steep, so plan on delivery or going out. Not convenient for carrying up groceries. Will definetly go back.

The condo was wonderful, clean, comfortable beds, great location and the kitchen was well stocked The foyer and rugs on the stairs to get to the condo are moldy and in terrible condition. The inner bedroom was very quiet but the bedroom in the front of the condo had many loud people outside for most of the night so if you're a light sleeper bring some earplugs. Overall wonderful stay. I would definitely stay there again

Great Location but needed maintenance
The location was perfect and close to everything. However, I would not recommend this unit to seniors or anyone with health issues. There was mold in the bathrooms, the floors were uneven and a trip hazard, and there were dust webs hanging from the ceiling. The carpet on the stairs up to the units was pulled loose and the floor at the top of the stairs was uneven. Towel rods in the bathroom were broken. This unit badly needs maintenance.

Great place, but bring earplugs.
We stayed Thursday - Sunday. The apartment was beautiful and clean. The location was great for walking to everything. I parked my car in the parking garage and it stayed there until we were ready to leave. We were provided a key for the parking garage at no extra fee! 😊 The down side was the extreme noise Friday night. It wasn't as bad Saturday. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

Savannah Historic Charm
Absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is perfectly located, clean and charming. Only drawback - noisy rowdy neighbors in the building until 2 am. Despite this we would rent again.

We were only in Savannah a couple days but thoroughly enjoyed every part of it! We appreciated that we could park the car in the lot and not take it out again. The Broughton Perch property was walking distance to everything we did!

We enjoyed our stay in Savannah. As first time visitors to the area we were pleasantly surprised to find this condo was right in the middle of everything we wanted to see and all within walking distance!
