Bright 2nd Story Apartment on Wright Square with Parking by Lucky Savannah

The Percival Too is located on the second floor of this historic building. Stay in the heart of downtown but with the quiet and privacy you prefer on vacation! This apartment boasts a spacious living room, formal dining room, full kitchen, and three bedrooms.

Enter into the light-filled apartment and immediately notice the tall ceilings and charming decor. Now-decorative fireplaces anchor each space and are complimented with modern conveniences like wall-mounted flat screen TVs. The living room sofa pulls out to a Queen sleeper.

Adjacent to the living room is a formal dining area, its table comfortably seating six. Just beyond, the well-equipped kitchen with two more bar stools at the island. Expect every essential you'd need to whip up a meal, including stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.

The primary bedroom offers a generous walk-in closet that connects the to an en suite bath with large standing shower.

On the South end of the apartment facing Wright Square, the other two bedrooms mirror each-other. Both boast with light filled rooms, and come equipped with flat screen TVs and ample storage space. These two bedrooms share a full bath down the hall with a clawfoot tub / shower combination.

Wright Square is considered by many to be an epicenter of downtown, as it is situated on Bull Street near Broughton. Most of Savannah's top shops, restaurants, and bars are but a few steps away from your front door. The Percival Too is in an ideal location!

What is parking like for this home?
There is one designated parking space available for this home. Parking for additional guests in your party can be found on-street and metered, which is enforced by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Most guests will park their car in either a city- or privately-owned parking garage and pay a flat daily rate for the remainder of their stay.

Great Location
We stayed two nights and you can not beat the location. Central to everything so we were able to walk the entire trip. The unit was clean and spacious. As others have noted, there was a lot of street noise.

Wonderful Stay
Only complaint was we were able to hear the third floor moving around all night and if you have a rowdy crowd on the third floor, you hear all the yelling and banging. Management was very quick to respond and resolve issues though. Great location!

Beautiful Home Centrally Located
The property was very clean and tidy and check in and check out were very easy. It was also very spacious. Our only con for this property was that the street-facing bedrooms were loud at night due to street noise (passers by and street cleaning). There are also church bells that ring nearby every 15 minutes for the majority of the day (off at night).

Mom/Daughters Trip
Unit was just as described. We enjoyed the extra room the unit has. Location is the best and if you have a car, You’ll soon learn how valuable the included parking spot is. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay there again. We arrived after dark so had a little difficulty finding it but when I called, Candace got us there quickly and with ease!

A great place to stay!
The location was fantastic! There were some cleaning issues but they didn’t detract from the overall stay. There is street noise but we expected that. The management staff was very prompt in addressing any issues we had. The sofa bed needs to be replaced, it is very worn. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here or at any Lucky property again.

Wonderful location to walk all over historic district. Only downside is the noise at night on the street and back alley which is loud but totally worth it for amazing location! Lots of space for grandparents, parents and kids to spread out. Nice kitchen and spacious bedrooms. Loved our stay!

A few things here and there, but overall a good place to stay!
I read other reviews about the church bells being loud early in the morning, believe it!! They go off every 15 minutes starting about 8 or 9am playing songs and ringing. There’s also early morning trash trucks banging trash cans. Keep this in mind if you’re not a morning person. The apartment had everything we needed. The kitchen was updated and very nice, however, the rest of the apartment seemed outdated. The floors creaked when we walked around. The stand alone bathtub looked rigged up, but worked ok. The pictures listed looks like they were taken many years ago. My favorite thing was the comfortable beds and pillows! The location was great! We walked everywhere. There’s a CVS very close by that was nice to have. The one parking space was a tight squeeze but there’s parking decks around if needed. Overall our stay was nice! I had zero problems checking in or out.

Great time
We loved this property. Three bedrooms was plenty for us and the location was perfect for walking the historic area and down to River Street. Easy check in and check out, parking just behind the apartment. Everything was great for us.

Nice location
This was a lovely house. It was in a great location. The only negative point is that the church bells start ringing at 8:00 am & then ring every fifteen minutes - plays music - is very loud, so if you're an early riser this is the place for you, but if you plan on sleeping in after a night on the town - you want to bring noise cancelling ear buds.

The best location for everything!
I have stayed in Savannah many times and would have to say this is one of the best locations! Was close to everything, River Street, shopping on Broughton, City Market, and so much more. The house was very big and easily accommodated our group of 6. Bonus that it had a parking spot, which can be tricky in Savannah!

Great location, nice condo
We were very happy with our stay. It was my husband, myself, and our two adult daughters on our annual Christmas shopping trip to Savannah. We actually visit Savannah 3-5 times a year and stay at various places including VRBO, hotels, and B&Bs. This particular condo was very roomy and allowed each of the girls access to their own rooms. We really enjoyed the proximity to shopping on Broughton as well as fantastic views of Wright Square. We were surprised at the sparsity of the furnishings - not the kitchen (it was well appointed) but there were no pictures on the walls. Not that it matter that much, it would just seem a little cosier with some personal touches.

The place was very big and clean but had some issues. Starting with checkin- the process was unclear, didn’t receive the code and had to call, and the parking area is in a sketchy alley. The place is also next to the church which is extremely loud and played music every half hour when we were trying to sleep around 8-9am. In addition, the shower door in the master was missing

This apartment is very nice, charming, and clean. The kitchen is updated and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and towels and linens were good quality. Overall a great place to stay. The location is perfect for walking everywhere, with great restaurants, shopping, coffee places nearby, and a cvs across the street for anything you’ve forgotten. That being said, because of the location, the middle of the night can be noisy with everything from truck deliveries, street cleaning, drag racing, and wee hour party-ers shouting at 3am. If you are looking for somewhere quiet, this isn’t the place, but if you’re looking to be close to where the action is, this is your place.
