The full kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, all utensils and dishes required for cooking a delicious meal, coffee maker, washer / dryer unit, and a breakfast bar. A USB outlet has been provided in the bar area for your charging needs. The space boasts an open and airy living / dining area. In the living room you will find a pullout queen size couch with extra linens, flat screen SmartTV, DVD player. Wifi is provided and the login access will be provided in your welcome information. The sun-filled bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable, queen sized bed and blackout shades. In the closet, you will find a full size mirror, hanger space, ironing board, and a luggage rack. The small, but stylish bathroom is just off the bedroom. We provide toiletries and toilet paper for your arrival. Guests are responsible to provide their own once the provided toiletries are exhausted. As a guest of Boho South Bungalow, you will have access to your own private front porch and courtyard which contains a bistro set where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Boho South Bungalow is located one block from the beautiful Forsyth Park, Sentient Bean Coffee Shop, and Brighter Day Health food Store. You are just a short walk to historic downtown Savannah where you can enjoy restaurants, shopping, antiquing, historic sites, and ghost tours. You will also be a short drive away from Tybee Island beaches. Guests have private access through a gated entrance. A lock box to the side of the gate provides access to the front door & deadbolt key. The code to the lock box will be provided for checkin. There is free, on-street parking just outside the rental. You will need to pay attention to the posted street sweeping signs regarding overnight restrictions. I live in the main house across the yard. I will be available for any questions or suggestions. The house is one block to Forsyth Park and provides easy access to the Sentient Bean Coffee Shop which features a vegetarian menu. Right next door you'll find Brighter Day Health food store. The area also boasts several restaurants including Betty Bombers and Local 11 Ten. There is ample on-street, non-metered (free) parking. Please pay attention to the posted street sweeping signs regarding when you should not park in a certain area. If you are parked in a street sweeping zone during posted no-parking times, you will receive a parking ticket. If you don't feel like strolling through the squares for the short walk downtown, there are pedi-cabs available as well as a free bus that runs from Forsyth Park to downtown. The posted details for this shuttle can be found near the corner of Park Avenue and Bull Street which borders the south end of the park. This bus is known as the Dot and picks up directly across form Forsyth Park on Park Street. Keep an eye out for the purple and green signs throughout town for pickup locations. The city tries to keep these buses running every 15 minutes. Minimum night stays may vary depending on seasonal demand.
