An Absolute "Gem"...This home is truly remarkable! What it lacks in fancy upgrades, it makes up in charm! It is the perfect Savannah getaway. Ideally located in a family friendly neighborhood, you can access downtown 'Historic Savannah' or the beautiful beaches of Tybee in less than 15 minutes. It is the perfect place for peace and relaxation or it will serve you well after a long day of touring and shopping!
This property has a great floor plan with 2 bedrooms ~ walk in closets, 2 full baths, living room, family room, bright sunny kitchen with dining nook. There is a full size washer/ dryer. Kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, plates, silverware etc. we provide 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler for beach use... Eliminates you having to pay beach rentals!!!!
When not at the beach, you will want to head into Savannah!
Savannah is such a popular destination spot due to its variety! You can visit "Historic Savannah" ... There are multiple tours offered. You can sign up or do your own mobile friendly self-guided tour at your own pace! Tybee Island is extremely popular with Captain Mike's Dolphin Tours, the Tybee Museum, and the amazing Tybee Lighthouse. Tybee presents 'Movies in the Park' monthly in the summer months. Labor Day at the beach is filled with sun and fun ending with fireworks from the pier!
This is our private retreat when we stay in Savannah! We would love to share it with you. There is such 'good energy' in this house. It is simple, cozy, and affordable! We look forward to having you as our guests!

A Great Stay!
We went to Savannah for a quick Thanksgiving getaway. The house was amazing, extremely comfortable and cozy. We had a great time! The only tginh we missed was a firepit so that we could enjoy the outdoors longer. Even then we would definitkey stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay. It was very clean and had everything you could need. We enjoyed going into Savannah for the day and Tybee Island. Then going home to a quiet neighborhood in the evenings to relax. Would highly recommend.

Best of both worlds
We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is equipped with I feel everything thing appliance wise you might need for vacation. Driving to Tybee Island and Historic Savanna was a breeze and very easy. I definitely would recommend staying here and look forward to my next booking!

We love it here
This was not our first stay here. We keep returning because we love this cozy house. Owners are extremely easy to work with as we are a military family and plans change constantly. We love the front porch and back deck to enjoy breakfast and coffee. Lots of fun playing games with family. Great memories thanks!!!

Great House Close to Everything
15 minutes from Tybee Island. 15 minutes from downtown Savannah. Clean home. Quiet neighborhood. Wonderful stay. The only issues we had was that the ice maker doesn't work and the back sliding door is very hard to open/close. We would recommend this house to others and would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable and homey
We enjoyed almost everything about our stay. There were 2 problems: We could not get the tv in the living room to come on. And it was very difficult to use the lockbox- it took 15 minutes to get it to close when we left. Otherwise the home was lovely and comfortable.

Do Not Recommend!!!!
Unfortunately I would NOT recommend this property. The bedding in one of the bedrooms was filthy. It was stained with something red and had what appeared to be dirt (or something worse) on the sheets. Not to mention the hair that was everywhere. Nothing worse than pulling back the comforter to hop into bed after a long days drive to discover nasty sheets. We actually had to wash the sheets and mattress cover at 10pm due to there not being extra sheets. Plus we have yet to hear back from the hosts after numerous attempts calling and emailing them. Overall this tainted our trip. And will not be using Vrbo again.

Savannah getaway
The house was everything we could ask for. Quiet neighborhood. Clean and spacious. Easy access to both Saginaw and Tybee Island. When we had a question property owner answered within the hour. Friendship Coffee Company on Wilmington Island quaint and close. Bogeys cafe and mini golf was fun. Small menu but everything on it delicious(cuban sandwich my favorite). Our 1st VRBO experience. Likely will be more!

Great little house in a convenient location
My wife and I took advantage of the kids being home from college to watch our dog and house so we get away for a few days. We usually stay at Tybee or in downtown Savannah. This time we figured it would make sense to split the difference. The house was perfect for what we wanted. It is small but laid out well with 2 BR upstairs, 2 full baths - 1 up 1 down. Two separate living rooms and an eat in kitchen for 4. There is a private backyard area we didn't get to take advantage of because it rained most of the time. About 15 minutes to North beach and 20 minutes to the Brady St garage. We had a car which is necessary as there is nothing really in walking distance. It's in a cul-de-sac of an ordinary (nice and quiet) neighborhood. Plenty of good food options on Wilmington Island within a few minutes along with a Publix that has everything you need for groceries/beer/wine. . Furniture was nice and comfortable. The beds feel newer - a bit on the firm side. Good AC and I think there was a ceiling fan in every room as well. Absolutely would stay again. The owner was lovely to communicate with.

We utilized this property to spend Easter with our military children. The house was perfect for our needs and if they hadn’t just bought a house we would make it our go to. Cute little house in the Cul-de-sac!
This home was everything we needed. The description of this home was accurate and on point! It was clean and in a really nice and safe neighborhood! So convenient- right in the middle between Downtown Savannah and Tybee Island (little closer to Tybee). I think Downtown was 15-20 minutes away and Tybee was 10-15 minutes away! The home was cozy, furniture comfy and the front porch was the icing on the cake. We had great temperatures while we were there and had coffee on the porch every morning! If your looking for clean, comfy and convenient this is the home for you! Cheryl was friendly and easy to contact! Thanks Cheryl for sharing your home!
