"This was a fantastic property and Joel has thought trough everything to make it a fantastic set up. We commented as we left that he must have watched videos or read the book on how to create a great VRBO. Good stuff:1. He's very quick on communication and answered a bunch of questions;2. "In general we enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues that keep it from getting five stars: 1) Lighting needs improvement. It's quite dim, especially in the living area, bathroom, and kitchen. There are under-cabinet lights in the kitchen but they seem to have a mind of their own and we couldn't find a way to have them stay on. The bathroom needs a light over the sink. 2) There is a noticeable musty smell, as is common with basement space; there are dehumidifiers running so this might...

"My friends and I have been coming here for several years. It's a great location and property and we love the house. Thanks."

"We were a family of 7 traveling with a baby. Maureen and Jim provided us with great accommodations!Their place had everything we needed to relax with family. The kitchen is well equipped to make meals and there is also an extensive binder with great information about restaurants and attractions nearby. The house was immaculate, cozy and comfortable. "This place was so clean and nice! Easy check in/check out. My mom, sister and I stayed, and it was so close to turning stone, where we saw a concert. We definitely recommend this small, cute, clean place!"

"The apartment was the perfect space for a longer vacation. Plenty of room for three of us without feeling crowded and able to be spread out. I do wish there was more communication regarding the parking spot (but that was a lack of time on my part) and the check out procedures. Overall a very good stay."

"We had a great stay over Labor Day weekend! The property was very serene and relaxing. Less than 15 minutes to Cooperstown as well. Definitely recommend staying here!"

"I spent a week in this tiny house, and yes, it's tiny! The washer and dryer are in the bedroom, so there's no room for a nightstand. I used my luggage. There wasn't a good place to store my week's worth of clothes, either. I figured it out. Other than those minor inconveniences, this place is lovely. The host was awesome, very quick with responses. He even followed up on s question to make sure it was settled"

The house is around 5 mins close to many fast food restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, a train station, etc. There was an abundant of necessitys provided, I really appreciated the small touches like every dish and cooking utensil you could think of even basic cooking or baking supplies, extra blankets, bathroom supplies, a pullout bed, tv's with wife, the theatre plus a nitendo switch! A washer & dryer and soap!...

"First off it's not at Turning Stone nor is it Oneida IndiSn Nation owned. It's located across route 365 from TS but it offers free shuttle service over to the casino. We enjoyed they stay which was just to swim and sit in the hot tub. The pool had a thermometer that showed about 77 78 degrees, a little cool but the hot tub was nearly scalding hot.
