"The house was great. Very clean, functional, and comfortable. My only minor complaints are the listing says 3 bedrooms but in reality it's only 2; the upstairs loft has no divider wall/door. Also, the spiral staircase is super narrow and steep; only slim and fit individuals should stay/go upstairs. "

"As a young teenager I used to stay in Graeagle Meadows with my grandparents. My recent vacation there brought back so many wonderful memories. The units have been kept in great condition. There are many things to do in the area for all age groups. I would highly recommend a stay in Graeagle and the Meadows are a great choice. "

"We were there with family for our grandson's wedding, so needed accommodations for an unknown number. Nice place. Plenty of sleeping areas/beds. Fully stocked kitchen which we didn't use other than making coffee. Pot died 3rd day in. Luckily this woman thinks ahead and had another pot in the cupboards! Plenty of pillows & blankets. Our only "complaint" and not really that, there is a large tree in the middle of the driveway. Made parking interesting. All in all, a wonderful place to have to come...

"The home was absolutely beautiful, the pictures do not do them justice. Serene beautiful setting, easily accommodated our family of 8 with room to spare. Host has thought everything, the towels, UGG pillows and bedding to the fully stocked kitchen. Only downfall was we wish we would have booked home for a longer stay. Can’t wait to come back and experience this home in the winter months and snow. "

"We really enjoyed this property. It had everything we needed and very comfortable beds. It is a smaller house but big enough for 2 families. Plus it is dog friendly. Thankfully it had good AC as it has been hot outside while we were there. There are so many great lakes and hikes close to this area, We really enjoyed exploring."

"My family came to Sierra City to celebrate my adult daughter's 4th of July birthday. This location was central to so many amazing things. We hiked to several lakes, spent a day in a darling mountain town & even saw fabulous fireworks in nearby Graeagle. The house was absolutely perfect for our family. Large deck for relaxing and playing games, large well equipped kitchen & dining room and comfy beds for everyone. Generous amenities & extremely clean. We will absolutely return to this place."

"A good location and family home base for exploring the surrounding Graeagle area in spring and early summer, but it is in need of some updates. We were fortunate that the temperatures didn’t get above 85 because there are only fans in the house. The two king beds downstairs are indented from use and not comfortable. The bbq was also in need of an upgrade and was difficult to use. New beds and bbq would greatly improve this property."

"We came here specifically to ride our bikes. Great location with so many awesome dirt trails. Nakoma is such an oasis in the mountains. It is more amazing than what we expected.
