"The place is clean "

"The host was present, friendly but unobtrusive. The cottage is completely charming, the bed was the most comfortable we've had in several trips. The make your own breakfast charming and delicious, can't say enough about this location, loved it! "

"House was really pretty. Unfortunately the tenant was home and after calling the landlord, we determined the whole rental was a scam. Neither Vrbo nor I could contact the "host." I had to book a hotel room for $300/night at the very last second... 4 hours after I shouldn't checked-in, but Vrbo insisted that I give it a little more time."

"We had an awesome experience with this rental. The communications with host were great! They were very quick to respond with any questions we had. The place was well appointed, had character and was walking distance to a great restaurant. Also easy to get there, and good parking. Hope to stay there again the next time we are heading to Little Rock!"

"Diane is a lovely host and supplies much more than you will ever need - everything you can think of it here, including spare toothbrushes! It was wonderful.The livingroom has recliners and a very cozy couch, and the beds were beyond comfortable. If we had the time, we would have stayed longer!"

"I booked this property to accommodate 5 adult members of my family while visiting Little Rock. The property was clean and BEAUTIFULLY decorated. Though spacious, the property is warm, inviting, and cozy. My personal favorite feature was all the ADA compliance which ensured the accessibility and comfort of ALL my family, including an amputee. "We enjoyed our stay at the River House. It was just what we needed! We spent most of our time on the covered patio catching the breeze and watching the barges go by. If you are looking to rest and relax.....this is the place for you. The owner, Ryan was an awesome host. We will be back!"

"I was in the Little Rock area attending my sisters funeral in Carlisle. The location was excellent because it is close to the airport and in east Little Rock right off of 440 . It was an easy quick trip to Carlisle. The house was immaculate and decorated tastefully. It was a lovely, calming space during a difficult time in my life. I loved looking at the view of the river and bridge. Kitchen and bathrooms were great and the beds were especially comfortable.I hope to stay here again."

"At 1st Glance it is a HIDDEN GEM… not clean front yard and especially the back yard… there was a dead cock roach inside the fridge… and overall the inside of the home was clean. The home is by far the most comfortable roomy place I’ve ever stayed in ARKANSAS. My dad loved loved loved the place and didn’t care of how unclean the outside front or back yard areas were. The house was truly a welcoming home filled environment… my dad Father’s Day weekend was a success as he love the house sooo much...
