"The host John is excellent and easy to communicate with. The house is old town Saratoga charm that has been renovated, nicely appointed and CLEAN. "Place was exactly as described. Location is very nice as it is out of town and quiet but close enough to go into town. Gave cleanliness 4 stars as there were used soda and water bottles under the bed. However, all linen etc were clean. Even though there was not AC the place cooled down at night with the windows open and fans running. Refrigerator is about the size of a camper fridge, not full sized, we filled it up and did not bring food for the entire stay. Would stay there again!"

"Great central location for us out of staters that drew an elk tag for the general hunting season. Very clean with plenty of room for 4 to cook , sleep and enjoy a few great evenings on the front porch listening to the creek flow and watching the sunset. Great place!"

"The property modern and nice. The showers were dirty and the shower curtain was moldy. The oven was not clean. Dust bunnies under the bed. Toaster was broken & the blender had no lid. The microwave and fridge were dirty. Windows had hand prints on them. Property manager needs to check on cleaning. "
