"We appreciated the cleanliness of the property, and the kitchen is well-appointed (better than 90% of rentals I've stayed in), though I was not able to find a cutting board. Few VRBOs have king size beds, so that was a major perk, and it was a very comfortable bed--not too firm or too soft. "Randy’s place is one of the best vacation rentals I have had and I have had many. It is clean, spacious and well stocked. It had everything including Kleenex and full length mirrors, two things that are usually lacking. Randy was a great host. Parking was on the large driveway well back from the street. "Apartment has a bit of strange layout but property is as described. No frills but great bang for your buck. I would have loved to see a toaster in kitchen and upgraded bedding comforters and better toilet paper and carpets cleaned or replaced but it met our family’s needs. "

"My wife and I, our 7 month old daughter, and my parents, all stayed at this property. The host, Jack, was more than accommodating. He was kind, responsive, and the house had everything you’d need. We enjoyed there were 3 king sized beds, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, garage to park in, it was close to the grocery store and the freeway. Overall, we were very pleased and this is a perfect place to stay with a large family. I highly encourage others to book their stay here if visiting SLC...

"We had a wonderful stay at the Modern Moose for the week of Thanksgiving. The house is adorable and was just perfect for us! It is in a beautiful location, it looks just like it does in the photos, it was really spread out and roomy, and we cooked up a storm. It really felt like a home away from home. It was spotless, and seamless as far as figuring things out. Communication with the owner was very timely to answer any of our questions. It truly was a great find! I'd love to stay there...
