*** UPDATE October 2024 - We recently did a major update to our property. We addressed all issues from our previous guests. A total deep cleaning was done from top to bottom. We got a beautiful new couch w/ a chaise, ottoman and 2 new arm chairs to relax in. Chaise can be used to sleep additional person. All new linens, towels, a new tv to accompany the queen bed in the guest room, new kitchen utensils, glassware, dishware and cookware. We purchased new beach chairs, new coffee maker and a host of other items for a better overall experience.

Welcome to Cozy Cove located just 1 minute from Turtle beach & 10 minutes from Siesta Key Beach. Amazing water views and a FREE Trolley that runs steps away from our location to Siesta Key Beach & Village. Our guests love it. We have a beautiful 2 story - 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath which sleeps up to 5. TV's in all bedrooms & Smart TV in the living room. We are located on Turtle Lagoon and you can walk to nearby restaurants and Turtle beach next door. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets that have made Siesta Key world-famous. Completely furnished with all the amenities of home including WI-FI & Smart TV Access. This vacation rental is in a great location. The Cozy Cove community, comprised of six intimate units, includes a shared pool, reserved parking, a private boat dock, and just a few minutes away is the Turtle Beach public boat ramp. Boat rentals and water sports available nearby. Additional features include private washer/dryer, fully loaded kitchen, real fireplace, wireless internet, towels, beach chairs, and 2 private patio decks.

*There is a $150 cleaning fee and no other hidden fees by us for the prices quoted except for the 12% Florida tax & the VRBO fee which is added onto the quoted price when booked. We cannot control VRBO fees. * There is no elevator onsite.

Loved the location
We have stayed at this property 2 times. We have really enjoyed the location because you can use the trolley to go to the village. The condo itself could use some updating, but it is very comfortable. Vic, the host, is very accommodating. If you need something, just call him. He will take care of it.

Family Vacation
We enjoyed our first time visiting Siesta Key and staying at this particular location. The condo is great and perfectly roomy! My family very much enjoyed fishing from the dock in the evening and seeing manatees at the same time. The owner was very nice and responsive to all of my inquiries as well!! Thank you!

Quiet area of Siesta Key with trolley access. Very comfortable bed and great communication with host. Pool is beautiful but not heated. Enjoyed sitting by lagoon and watching the dolphins. Would stay again.

Cozy Cove 9026
The Condo was clean and nice. Felt like home. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfy!! :) 4 pillows for the master bed, however it might be time for new pillows. Then were kinda flat and hard for our liking. I like that it had 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs. The Condo is in a good location and it was very quiet in the area. Very peacfull and relaxing. I guess the only negative thing is that the ice maker doesn't work. Not a big deal, we just bought Ice at the 7-11 in town and put in the freezer. We purchased small and medium sized coolers for our stay. We donated them to the Condo for future guests. Only suggestion is to get a guest book to sign and fill some stuff in about their stay. This is a good way for people to compliment the house and area and add restaurant suggestions and activities in the area. Just a thought. Thanks again we had a very nice relaxing vacation!! : )

Perfect beach getaway
We enjoyed this property so much! The beds are the most comfortable and everything you needed was there. Right outside we were able to see the manatees making their morning appearance. Highly recommend this rental. It's away from the busy area yet so close to anything you want to do. Freewheelin by Ian is the best way to ride for a night out without worrying about driving.

Close to the trolley station which was nice. Quiet neighborhood, Turtles on the Bay restaurant is across the street and was really nice if you don't want to deal with the trolley. Place was clean and nice.

Great location, little service
This was a convenient place for us given that we were without a car. The trolley was a five minute walk and Turtle beach was ten minutes. We liked the quiet setting, well equipped kitchen, shaded terrace, and backyard setting on the lagoon. We were disappointed with the responses to our request for repairs, namely to repair light over the dining area and fix leak under kitchen sink that destroyed paper products stored there. The caretaker responded to msgs. promptly, but chose to delay repairs that were not emergencies until we vacated the unit.

Another wonderful vacation
We started our vacation a day early due to a snow storm that was headed our way. Victor was very accommodating and got us into our rental as soon as he could! Our two boys (ages 1 and 3) had a blast during our week and a half stay and weren’t ready to leave! This rental is equipped with everything you may need (including beach items). Plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, and a short walk to a few different restaurants, as well as, the beach!

Good for the price, Nice quiet location.
The location is outstanding, Vic was wonderful to work with. Excellent communication. It had everything we needed. They even supplied beach items, very helpful! Caught some sail Cats off the dock, the pool was usually empty and we loved that amenity! Mornings at the beach. Afternoons in the pool! Minor cons- This condo is not for anyone who can't do alot of stairs! Also the decor is kind of dark and a bit dated. Could use a real floor scrubbing, new living room furniture (couch and throw pillows... yuck) and brighter paint. But for the price, it's fair 😊 We would stay again.

Everything was exactly how it was listed. The beach is really just a 3 minute walk. The trolley got us to the village for dinner and walking around. The condo was roomy and very comfortable. Any questions I had, Vic answered in minutes we would definitely rent here again!.
