Secluded in tropical landscape a path leads to studio suite with private entrance. Studio has exclusive patio for out door dining. Table seats four and can be covered by adjustable market umbrella. Area is fun for dinner under the stars, morning coffee, or a sunset drink. Small portable propane grill available for patio or beach BBQ. Caged pool, lounge seating, dining table shared access is yours for a refreshing swim, floating on the raft, lounging with a book, or working on your tan. Hammock swinging in woods for chill out time. Walking distance to fabulous dining, shopping, markets, movies, bar hopping and more. Ten minutes or short bike ride to famous Siesta Beach and charming Village with Key West style outdoor dining, music, and fun shops. Bike & motor scooter rentals. Quaint cottage feel

Sunny was an amazing host. The room had everything one would need. The pool and dipping pool were very clean as was the room. Sunny answered questions very quickly! Cute property and close to siesta key village!

This Tropical Paradise was amazing. We loved it. The only thing we did not love was we could not utilize the pool as it was too cold although beautiful to look at. We did not love the bed it was uncomfortable and collapsing at the base of the bed my husband and I did not sleep well at all. The furniture was very uncomfortable as well. We would definitely suggest investing in new beds and a comfortable place to sit. We make the best situation no matter where we go and where we stay. The inside and outside is breathtaking beautiful🌴🌴

Perfect Getaway

This was a wonderful little space tucked away on the backside of the main house. Close driving distance from Siesta Key beach/Village, shopping, and grocery store. The space and location was perfect for our trip! Thank you Sara!

Perfect little place close to everything!

Sara’s bungalow was perfect for our stay in Florida! We had a long drive from Michigan but she was very quick with responses and accommodating to our arrival. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Being so close to everything helped us check everything off our list and much more! The pool was perfect for the high 90 degree weather we had as well when we weren’t feeling the beach. Sara was so sweet and inviting and we hope to return soon!

Lush setting and great location!

We enjoyed our stay at this tastefully decorated studio. Great areas to walk and admire all the beautiful trees. Great location for going to the beach, dinner, downtown or museums! If going in February, know that the pool is not heated.

Wonderful Studio Coastal Cottage with Large Beautiful Pool area

My wife and I stayed at the cottage from 2/6 - 2/19 2023 and enjoyed the extra large flat screen TV, the very large walk in shower, the over size large king bed, and the wall closet with shelves to store your clothes and suitcases. Although the kitchen area was small it was very manageable. The large pool and the decorative pool area was inviting. Sunny (Sara) our host was very attentive and available with any questions we had during our stay.

Sisters Sarasota Siesta

30 years have gone by and my sister and I returned to visit Sarasota where we once lived. Had so much fun shopping, nightlife (Mollys Pub on Maine Street) BEST expresso martini! We spent time on Siesta Key beach and also did a boat tour to see dolphins and birds. Weather was great! So fun and we would happily stay at Sunny Sara’s again!

Honeymoon

Stayed here for our honeymoon, was so relaxing. Just off the beaten path of all the hustle and bustle. Sara was the sweetest, her bungalow was superb. Relaxing and peaceful is exactly what we needed. Close enough to everything you could ever want or need ! We will be back

Newly Wed’s

My new wife and I used this as our honeymoon spot and we couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. Sara was so accommodating and flexible with our arrival. She even had flowers and a card waiting for us upon arrival. So easy to travel to Siesta Key, Lido, Anna Maria and other places because of location. Would absolutely recommend this location to anyone and would return again ourselves!!!

Great please, great location, it is about 3 miles to the Siesta Key Village, I rode my bike there in just over 10 minutes, just down the street is a little strip mall with a wonderful breakfast café and next-door to that is an English pub called Shakespeare’s , both excellent

Best location ever!

I spent three weeks in this adorable home, and it was paradise. My host, Sunny, made the check in and check out process so simple. She greeted me when I arrived, and her place was clean, beautiful, and had all the comforts of home. The location was absolutely perfect; minutes to downtown, minutes to the beach, and seconds to some amazing restaurants and shops. I wish I could give Sunny and her beautiful home more than a 5 star rating!

Perfect for a short term stay. Close and convenient to beaches, great restaurants and local attractions. Sara was a wonderful, helpful Hostess and we enjoyed our visit with her. Our only regret was that the pool was not heated. Otherwise, quite enjoyable.
