Light, bright and cozy in the HEART of Siesta Key Village! Open floor plan including queen-sized murphy bed, Smart TVs, & Strong WIFI. Amazing balcony for the best people watching on Ocean Blvd. Quick & easy three minute walk will put you on the #1 Beach in the USA, Siesta Beach! This beautifully appointed apt. is perfect for those who will not mind the "buzz" and energy of our busy little Village. No need for a car to get around. You are where everyone wants to be already. Very walkable!

The space
Very unique because of it’s proximity to the beach and the heart of Siesta Key Village

Guest access
Access through a locked gate and up a set of stairs. There is also partial access to an elevator that is used primarily for the cool store downstairs but can be accessed if absolutely necessary. Amazing people watching from the very private and cool balcony

Other things to note
Rental age restrictions:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet*.
*Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking.
-Parking: There is only one space for parking.
- Island Sewer System: Our Island sewer system is very fragile. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper. No Wipes! Please discard in the trash.
- Towels may not be hung over the balcony railing at any time.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.

Please remember that you're staying in an apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Thank you for your understanding.

We always like staying here. The condo has a nice outdoor porch overlooking the main drag. The bedroom is nice a dark for sleeping. Super convenient to everything. Safe. The only thing I would say negative is that the internet can be spotty at times.

3 Night Stay
Everything was excellent except the air conditioner was leaking water and wasn't working properly. Had HVAC repairman worked on it for a couple of hours, but it seemed like it was only cooling down to 78 - 80 degrees and the fan was the only thing on. The owner stated on the phone that it was just worked on the week before with the same issues. Little disappointed, but would stay there again.

This property was right in the heart of the Village. Easy to walk across the street for morning coffee at Mojo Risin or to the Daquari Deck for a drink. Also a quick 5 minute walk to the beach.

Great place to stay!
Very clean, perfect for my husband and I for a quick 3 day trip. Right in the middle of restaurants , bars, shopping. 😊 The only negative would be only one roll of toilet paper was given to us. Would definitely stay here again!

ROACHES!! AVOID THIS PLACE! ROACHES!!!
Arrived to this unit, my husband and I. Very good location that is true. Across from restaurants and bars. First night we go to bed and wake up, turn light on in kitchen and there are roaches longer than your index finger all on the pullout couch and floor. When you arrive there is a Welcome Binder with info like things to do and on page 4 is BUGS YOU MAY FIND IN YOUR UNIT. WHAT?! This could have been posted prior to booking. It’s an issue or it wouldn’t be in their welcome binder. Under sink there was 3 different cans of bug and roach spray. This is an obvious issue. Contacted the management that night and just said they would send someone to spray the can for us. Condescending. Rude. We wanted to leave our week vacation trip and offered to pay for first night. He repeated no refunds. I have video and pictures. Called VBO and they were no help whatsoever and said it was up to owner. Not to mention the air conditioner is a wall unit, it never got below 78-80 every day. Misrepresented and disgusting pests. No advocate for us in this situation. STAY AWAY, there are many other options available.

Weekend Vacay
Loved the place and the location. Right in the heart of the day and night life. Easy access to shopping, dining, drinking and beach. The only complaint is it did not have the normal toiletries you receive even at a hotel and they asked that you start the laundry when you leave, but there is no detergent because it was short weekend I didn’t bring any.

This unit is perfect for a couple or small family. The place was clean and perfect! Quick walk to the beach and near all of the great restaurants and bars. We will definitely be back for another visit!

Great stay in Siesta Key
We stayed at Siesta Cooler for a week and enjoyed it immensely. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great- lots to see right from our balcony! Bars, restaurants, and shopping were all within walking distance, as well as the beach. The beach was absolutely beautiful! I would definitely recommend visiting Siesta Cooler anytime!

Great place to stay
Wex were down in Siesta for a long weekend. This place has all the amenities you need. Not big but very efficient. Nice porch overlooking the nain street and super close to everything. And very safe.

Great Location, perfect size for our small family!!! Loved being in the middle of all the action and night life. Listening to the music, people watching, close to bars, restaurants and shops and the beach. If night life noise is an issue, may not be for you-but we loved it 😊

Spring Break with teen
Enjoyed location-walk to beach and restaurants/shops. Daughter had friends staying elsewhere and it was convenient fir her to meet up with them. Music on street was a bit later one might but mostly ended not too late. Lots of good food. Highly recommend Key Lime Colada at SKOB and gelato at Made in Rome. Note there is no door between bedroom and rest of unit. But it was fine for 3 of us.

In the middle of everything
Great location and space. Walk out door and there is the SKOB! Everything, including beach, is in walking distance. Surprisingly very quiet too!! Condo had everything we needed. Host was great about answering questions. Parking is right behind building—convenient

Great place to stay in Siesta Key! The property is as advertised, great location to the beach, great shopping, and dining options. You are right in the middle of great entertainment, noise was not a problem. We loved that we could cook if needed and the washer/dryer was very helpful. I would recommend this property and host as they were very attentive to our questions. We’ll be going back, hopefully soon.

Perfect Location
The unit is right in the heart of Siesta Village with lots of places to eat and explore. It is only a short 5 minute walk to the beautiful Siesta Key beach. The unit is more spacious than we thought and was an awesome find!
