Your own private home surrounded by tropical landscaping. We pride ourselves in creating a sanctuary for you and your guests. Our goal is for you all to have a relaxing, carefree time, while lavishing in the peace and serenity of your holiday home.

Ideal location!! Ten minute’s drive to America’s top-rated Siesta Key and Lido Beaches.
Five minute’s drive to downtown, shopping, theaters and a variety of restaurants.
Lovely neighborhood. Walk around the corner to Arlington Park. Stroll through the forest, around the pond, pool, tennis, basketball, free outdoor gym and playground.

Newly remodeled, 2 story air- conditioned/heated house. Sleeps 5 people maximum.
Main bedroom with king size bed, 2nd bedroom has two twin beds or a king (request your preference at booking) and a loft/3rd bedroom with twin day bed and TV. 1 bath, full kitchen with absolutely everything you need, dining room, living/TV room with 2 couches, large TV, sun-room with loveseat, chairs and desk, laundry room with washer and drier, lush tropical landscaped, fenced in, private courtyard with deck, dining, BBQ, 4-6 person therapeutic hot-tub-spa and water feature.
All new appliances & furnishings.
Equipped with BBQ, beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, portable beach cabana, beach toys, noodles, mini cooler and beach towels.
For your entertainment needs we offer: FREE WIFI, 2 T.V.'s have HDMI cables to hook up to your laptop or ipad, {no satellite/cable tv} 2 DVD players and over 80 DVD's to choose from, books, magazines, coloring books & pencils, puzzles, cards and board games to play. Everything you need for a carefree, relaxing retreat.

Florida Vacation
We loved the park close by for walks, the house location was close to all the fun outdoor activities we wanted to do and it was nice to relax in the evening in the hot tub. We would have liked a tv in the bedroom just because we are used to falling asleep with one and a smart TV downstairs to log into our apps. The pots and pans were not the best if you plan on doing a lot of cooking. Otherwise the house was clean and perfect for our little get away. Thanks for letting us stay with you!

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage und haben das Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auch die Ausstattung ist fantastisch. Wir haben selten ein so gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Die Kommunikation mit Tonya und Peter war auch super. Wir haben es geliebt und würden sofort wiederkommen! 😊

Sarasota Sanctuary - Nice!
We had a great Vrbo experience with this property. Nice, clean, well stocked with kitchen tools (plates, cups, flatware, pans, etc.), and bathroom items (soap, shampoo, hair dryer, towels, etc.), in a quiet neighborhood. Check-in was easy, and communication with the owners was easy especially when our flight was delayed. We never actually met the owners in person....not a problem for us, but some might find that odd. Communication was all through text which worked great. Pictures of the property are accurate, though I would say they are a bit out of date....the furniture has changed, there is much more greenery outside near the deck and surrounding area. Wifi worked well. The house is very comfortable....chairs, couch, bed. My two recommendations, but not show-stopping: 1) Update the bathroom. It is fine, but feels old. There is no real exhaust fan so the room gets steamy or you have to leave the bathroom door open. The shower was good. Good hot water and flow. The tub, sink could stand to be update...but that is personal preference. 2) There are two TVs with DVD players available (along with lots of DVDs), though no over the air tv reception. The stay was great despite the weather not cooperating....which no one can control. Thanks.

Wonderful little home.
Very clean and comfortable home. Giant bed in the master and they had a pack n play available for our little one. They also had a beach umbrella and toys available which we took advantage of. Communication was wonderful and even in a hurricane it was a lovely stay. Definitely would recommend.

Great stay!
Cute house with a beautiful lush garden with hot tub. An oasis. Very clean and plenty of room for the four of us. Very nice neighborhood with lots of trees and a beautiful park two blocks away. 15 minutes to the beach, St. Armands and downtown. Hosts Tonya and Peter were fantastic and helpful. Will be back.

Just perfect!!!
My husband and I stayed for a month and fell in love with the place and it’s location. Peter and Tonya were super hosts! Everything and more we needed was available for our stay! Even when my daughter and young grandchildren came to stay for a little and it was perfect for all of us. It’s in a great neighborhood and we felt extremely safe while going for walks. It was so cozy and private sitting outside. It definitely felt like we were in paradise! Can’t wait to go back to stay again!

Relaxing Winter Getaway
My husband and I stayed at Peter and Tonya’s place for 2 months during the winter of 2023. The property is equipped with everything that you would need for an extended stay in Florida. It is in a quiet walkable residential neighborhood that was perfect for us. The downtown and beaches are easily accessible by car, bus or free trolley. The property is also very close to the Legacy Bike Trail. My favorite part of the property was the deck which is beautifully landscaped and is the perfect place to sit out and read a book and to eat outdoors under the palm trees. The property owners were the perfect hosts and made sure that we had everything that we needed for a perfect stay.

Excellent Condo w/Amazing View
Really nice unit that we enjoyed very much. Unit is updated, very clean and well stocked with all kitchen, bath and laundry items we needed And you can’t beat the view from the lanai. Pictures in listing are accurate reflection of what you’ll find in the unit. My only suggestion would be for them to add a 55” TV as the current one is a bit small for the unit. Management company was excellent and did a great job communicating with us throughout the entire process. We would stay here again which says it all for this property.

Family Christmas
We enjoyed our holiday. The home was a good size for our family. One bathroom was challenging, but we knew this when we booked and was no fault of the owners! The space was clean, some dark spots noted around the caulk around the bathtub, but this is Florida and humidity is always a problem. The hot tub sprang a leak just before our arrival. However, the owners quickly fixed the problem and were excellent in communicating a plan. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay.

Clean, cozy property with great hosts.
Beautiful and private entry way into this property which is joined to but separate from the host's house. Hot tub and deck area so wonderfully landscaped it really is a private sanctuary. Kind bed very comfortable. Kind of a quirky floor plan but many nice touches provided by the hosts which you will appreciate. King bed very comfortable. Air conditioning works like a charm. Private parking area. Beautiful nighttime lighting. We would visit again.

The perfect holiday space for a romantic getaway
Peter and Tonya were the perfect hosts. They respected our privacy but where alway available if we needed them. The house was immaculate and equipped with everything we needed. They are such kind souls and even provided us a safe space when we were stuck during hurricane Ian. Would highly recommend. So nice to know there are still great people in the world. They were warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect holiday. Can’t thank them enough.

What an amazing experience! House was so comfortable and clean. Owners were responsive to messages. Beach 🏝 was gorgeous. House has great privacy and was very peaceful to relax. Jacuzzi was great. Bed is so comfortable. Would 100% recommend and would love to come back.

Sarasota Tropical Oasis!
This house was perfect for our annual girls trip! The location was super convenient and a quick drive to Lido and Longboat Keys. The hosts had everything available for us - sunscreen, beach towels & chairs, outdoor grill and the kitchen was stocked with all necessary cooking equipment. The back patio was by far our favorite! Beautiful landscaping and the hot tub definitely made this place feel like a tropical paradise :) Thanks again!

Very pretty area and hosts are fantastic!
The pictures you see here are what you get! Even though it is technically a guest house/ next door to the hosts house it is still very private and the hosts are extremely respectful. The area is beautiful and the beaches are incredible. The hosts included extra amenities and even have a binder full of ideas for things to do in the area! It is easy to find and everything went according to plan. Definitely reccomend!
