Cute apartment-upper floor which we enjoyed. Seemless check-in. Good communication. Had everything we needed. Great location- 1 block to beach and nice walk in to town. We love Venice Beach-quiet area for older adults, nice restaurants, beach yoga, and beautiful sunsets.

Great location, but ...

The location of this place in Venice couldn't be better! However, here is a brief list of issues we had. We arrived early and couldn't reach the contact for hours. There was no clear access instruction. Just a wall AC unit in the bedroom. The rest of the AC is controlled by the lower unit so you will live with their settings. No fan in either bath, no smoke detector in bedroom (both code violations), WiFi drops during TV streaming, Lower unit drain pipe noises run into upper unit kitchen. No Dishwasher. Trash over run outside. Wouldn't stay again.

We were very happy with the unit. The steps were a little challenging for me because of bad knees but the location of the unit was perfect for us that it was worth the challenge. If youā€™re going to the beach itā€™s just a short walk.

The unit is on a nice and quiet residential street. It is located right across the street from the beach access. Justin was very responsive and overall the place was perfect for us. We would stay again.

Done the way it should be done

Very, very clean. Bed and all furniture comfortable. Well equiped with everything you need using quality products. Host very helpful. Back up supplies on site if needed. Ovious thought and care went into this rental.

Great location

This property is not worth the price. Place is in need of work. Screen in bathroom ripped and flapping in the wind. Had been like that for a while as it was sun bleached. Carpeting on stairway leading to unit stained and dirty. Overgrown bushes and dead plants outside front door. Multiple patches of spackling on walls without sanding and painting. Nails sticking out of walls where pictures hung. Sliders out to deck hard to open. Deck has bare spots where paint wore off the wood and splinters. 2nd day there I received notice from cleaning service that laundry left in dryer was for my unit but they didn't get a chance to put away. I did not check into my unit until 11pm the night before so they certainly had enough time to attend to the laundry. The location is perfect, short walk to beach and 15 min walk to town. Beach chairs were old and rusted, but was appreciative of at least having them. Was told unit had recently changed hands.

Amazing Location- walk to the beach!

This property was truly amazing. My boyfriend and I had never been to Venice before and the location of the property was perfect. We were only a 1 minute walk to the beach. The rental had umbrellas and beach chairs to use. Our host was easy to communicate with and it made our late night check in a breeze. The rental was quiet and peaceful. The proximity to historic Venice was incredible. The unit was clean and comfortable. We loved it so much we ended up extending our stay. This is a wonderful rental and we highly recommend it to anyone coming to Venice to explore.

Great location; horrible unit

The location of the property was fabulousā€”-a 5 min walk to the beach and in a beautiful neighborhood. However the unit itself was not good at all. The kitchen appliances were old and outdated, the place was dirty, and the furniture worn out and old. The bathrooms were old, the kitchen was old. We never wanted to cook anything in the kitchen because of how bad it was. Really, I would recommend renovating this place and not renting it out until then. This could really be a nice place because of the location.

Cute quite little place!

My mother, teenage daughter and myself really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the upstairs apartment. The stairs are a bit steep so if you arenā€™t good with stairs thatā€™s really the only thing to keep into consideration when thinking of booking this place. It is so close to the beach, the location is perfect! The check in and out process was as simple as putting the combination into the lock box and getting the key! This was the easiest vacation rental ever! The appliances are a bit out dated but it didnā€™t matter to us. Everything was clean and worked accordingly. Looking forward to booking this place again next year!

This condo was only a two block walk to the beach and a 15 min walk to Venice's main strip. The unit was a bit out dated, but everything worked as it should! I would definitely stay there again!

Cozy and close to the beach

The location is great. A couple minutes walk to the beach. You can also drive your car; there is free parking. There are little restaurants all within 5 minute driving distance and grocery stores. The condo was very clean upon arrival! We used the sofa bed as we went with our kids. There are a ton of towels available and cooking utensils. Missing is pillows for the sofa bed unless you take a pillow from the bed. We enjoyed our stay. I would just recommend updated or reupholstered sofa and sofa chairs.

Was close to beach but very hard to get into at night. Not well lit with old school key box. Would recommend keyless entries. Codes can be changed after every stay. Dlocals having party below us and no toilet paper... Orher then that it could be quite the spot when not faced with those downfalls
