Lovely and cozy studio apartment minutes from white sandy beaches, IMG Academy, Sarasota, Theaters, dining and UTC Mall. Located in Bradenton, FL minutes from Sarasota and Tampa International Airports. The studio includes a private separate entrance, private bathroom, wifi, a kitchenette with full size fridge, Keurig, and stove top. Minutes from Anna Maria Island, Coquina Beach, Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach, award winning Siesta Key Beach and 15 minutes from St. Armand’s Circle. Pets are welcome (limit 15 lbs) for a small fee ($25)

Weekend Stay
We found this studio clean and furnished with refrigerator, microwave, sink, table, twin beds & tv. It was perfect for the 2 of us. I made coffee every morning and ate out the rest of the time. Very convenient to the beaches (about 15 .minutes. I would recommend this place.

Nice place
It is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Clean, not far from stores or beach. I was down the street from family. In my stupidity, I locked myself out. It took over 2 hours for owner to send cleaning person to let me in. I was outside from 7:20 to 10:10. I was on my way to church.

What a find!
Property was everything you would ever need.Comfortable beds ,full size fridge, toaster, a Keurig with a supply of pods, beach chairs , hair implements, quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Hopefully I will be able to enjoy this rental again.

Had to shorten our vacation as I was admitted to the hospital, seriously ill, for 6 days. We love the Bradenton, Palmetto area. Will come back to the area again. Jerry and Dima are excellent hosts. Nice neighborhood close to everything we wanted to do.

A little getaway
Being a little nervous, staying in a residential area, we were pleasantly surprised! Nice neighborhood and less than 15 minutes to the water. Plenty of room for two! Full size fridge was nice.

The house that is connected has dogs so my son heard barking and he had driven 14 hours and needed rest. Also you can smell food cooking. They had a curry type cooking odor around midnight, so he had to leave the place until the smell dissipated around 3am. He was working the next day. The location was nice and safe, and neighbor was pleasant to talk to, but being connected to the house you can hear and smell things. The bed on the left side had long black hair on the sheets and he knows they are not his short brown hair. Overall pleasant stay but these notes are for the owners. Thank you

Super cute small studio that is perfect for 2 people. My friend and I stayed for 2 weeks while waiting for my newest grandson to be born. I would definitely book here again it had everything we neededand great host!!

This place is a hidden gem. We will definitely return for future trips. First let me say that I stayed here for 3 nights with my spouse and 2 kids. We were creative with the sleeping arrangements but we all fit. There are 2 twin beds, one is plush which my wife loved and one is firm so there something for everyone. There is tons of storage space. Its very close to local food and beaches. We received 4 towels so one for each of us. Idk about you but I hang my towels to dry and reuse them at home so that’s exactly what I did here, worked out great. There is a binder with welcome info, it does mention free candy and water, there was none but since we were not expecting any in the first place it did not bother us one bit. The owners responded with a day but there wasn’t anything we couldn’t go without. We brought additional travel shampoo/conditioner. The temperature is on the cool side which is my personal preference. If I had to guess I would say it was around 70-72 degrees which felt great after a long day out. 10/10 would recommend if you want to feel like a local and experience Florida!

Perfect Get-a-Way
This is a beautiful studio in a quiet location soo close to the beaches. Parking is right next to studio. When we weren’t on the beaches we were at one of the many restaurants. There is so much to do and visit and Bradenton roads make it super easy to get around.

Never again
Property is listed as 750 sq feet and says it sleeps 4. This property isnt even 500 sq feet. Also it only sleeps 2. Did not have a phone number for owner till after arrival, even after requesting several times before. What if we had a problem getting in, especially because I'm a mother with a child getting in very late? Unacceptable! Bottom bed desperately needs to be replaced. Every night I struggled to find that sweet spot to sleep. Welcome book states candy & free water, there was none. Welcome book gives 2 numbers for owners, called both the first day & did not receive a response till the next day. Stayed 8 nights, owners did not provide extra shampoo considering we were staying 8 nights, was washing my hair with mens body wash by the 6th day. Only 4 towels for 8 nights, thats not enough for that long considering there is not washer and dryer in studio. Only 1 roll of paper towels, was out of those by the 4th day. Screen door doesnt lock. Top lock of main door even though it locks somewhat, it doesnt turn all the way as it should, its a bolt, so you dont feel completely safe. Felt that owners dont care about their guests truly, messaged about how cold it was in there & that my child was sick & to please turn it down. It was turned down very slightly. You as a guest have no control of temp. The very last night we stayed there it was turned way up! Felt like a freezer! Pillow case either dirty or stained. Horrible pillows btw! Other than that, place was very clean
