One level FL Beach Cottage, 3rd house from Beach Path on N end of Lido Beach. This is a rare find in a nice quiet neighborhood, steps away from spectacular sunsets, fine dining and shopping! Our guests rave it is the perfect cottage to enjoy multi-generation families and friends - the cottage's layout truly caters to quiet bedrooms and plenty of gathering spaces.

Ideally located, 3rd House from the beach path and 3 blocks from the highly sought after St Armands Circle - the location cannot be beat! Private parking for up to 5 cars. No need to drive anywhere. Steps to beach to enjoy lazy days and spectacular sunsets. Five minute walk to St. Armands Circle where you can shop, dine, and enjoy live entertainment.

This roomy home sleeps 10: 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, one with bathtub, the other two with showers. Crystal clean private pool in fenced backyard, outdoor patio table (seats 8) w/umbrella & high-end poolside chaises/chairs plus Weber BBQ grill (propane provided) - great for outdoor entertaining and star gazing, . The Cottage has durable and clean vinyl plank flooring, fully equipped kitchen for entertaining, leather sectional & chaize, and two tables (one seats 8, the other 4) to eat, play games and visit. 4 bedrooms including Tommy Bahama king bedroom suite with private bath/shower, Large king bedroom and a smaller queen bedroom share a Jack n Jill full bath; the 4th extra large bedroom has two queen beds with a shower/bath directly across the hall. Each bed has a luxury mattress, high-end coverlets, high thread count linens and premium towels/wash cloths, and extra pillows and blankets, and blow dryers for your comfort. King bedrooms have Smart TVs and a large screen Smart TV in the Living area. High speed Internet and cable TV throughout.

Amenities include a one car garage, comfortable beach chairs, high quality beach towels and an umbrella for your use during your stay and heavy duty beach wagon to carry your things to the beach. Commercial grade, large capacity washer/dryer, Free Hi Speed Fios Internet WiFi and premium cable channels, heated pool, games and books are there for your use and enjoyment! Fully equipped kitchen, high end appliances, two types of coffee makers, lots of dishware and flatware.....And lots of coolers.

If larger accommodations are needed, consider also renting our sister property at the swame time - located next door, Lido Flamingo Cottage (VRBO # 1717495). Sleeps 6 w/ 2 bedrooms, a sunroom with trundle daybed and 2ba.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Pelican cottage. The cottage was as described and the perfect place for our 3 generation family vacation. The owners have done a great job anticipating the needs of their guest. We are already looking forward to our stay next year.

Another great vacation in Lido Key
My wife, children, and their significant others have been going to Lido Key for many years. This is our first time staying at this cottage. We love the area and have stayed in the same neighborhood previously. The cottage is great. Beds are comfortable, close walk to town and the beach. The beach toys and equipment were far above what is typically found in a vacation rental property We will definitely be going back. We had one small issue and the owner was very easy to reach and took care of the problem quickly

Fabulous place
The house is roomy, comfortable, clean, and very well equipped. The proximity to the Lido Beach and St. Armand's Circle can't be beat. The pool was refreshing in the evening and on the days we were too lazy to hit the beach. We and our adult children, their partners, and our 18 year old granddaughter had a wonderful vacation!

My family and my sister’s family loved staying at the Pelican Cottage. The house was perfect for the 9 of us. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking for all of us. The pool was nice to come back to after hours at the beach. It is a good walk to the beach but worth it, as it was not busy at all where we were (even on Memorial Weekend). We enjoyed being able to walk to Starbuck’s and Ben & Jerry’s. The sunsets at the beach were truly amazing and not a single night looked the same. We would love to come back one day. It is officially our favorite beach vacation ever.

Great location. Great home. Pictures don’t do it justice - family that arrived before us called while we were a few miles out and said to go ahead get ready to be surprised. My in-laws rented the property next door which was super convenient for our large family and we had plenty of room. It made for a trip we won’t forget. So much fun. Being able to walk to St Armands Circle was the icing on the cake. Beautiful beach, pool, amenities..too much to list. We look forward to booking this property again.

The location of this house is fantastic. Fairly minor problems including questionable items on one bed and very stinky slow drains in one bathroom. The host was responsive and apologetic, which is appreciated. We generally had a very nice stay and the house is as advertised.The kids loved the pool. We had 10 people stay and it was surprisingly spacious and comfortable.

Another Great Stay!
I stayed at Pelican Cottage this past February. This is my third time renting it and it won't be my last. The house is well stocked with everything you'll need and the location can't be beat (leave the car parked and walk to St. Armand's and the beach). All that being said the best part of renting Pelican Cottage are the owners Deb and Ed. They are terrific people! I'm counting down the day until my return.

Wonderful House
The location is amazing. You can walk to the circle and to the beacg. The house is equipped with a great wagon and toys for the kids. We had a colder week but the pool was super warm so the kids swam everyday. There is lots of space for everyone. Virtually no negatives about this house.

Pelican Cottage Family Stay
We were thoroughly satisfied with our recent stay at Pelican cottage Decemer 28- January 4. Lovely cottage, pool and access to the beach and St. Armands shoppes and eateries. The home had all the needed equipment for the beach and pool and was very comfortable. The host was so easy to contact and provided us with information about activities and local delivery methods for food and such. Highly recommend this property and we hope to return!

It has everything you need for a great beach vacation!
The hosts of Pelican Cottage have taken extra efforts to make sure you are comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen, lots of pool toys, beach accessories and a wagon to make the trek to the beach super easy. Comfy beds, games, beach towels, and lots of information about area made it so easy for us to relax and enjoy our vacation! Thank you!!

Second time
We absolutely love the Pelican Cottage. This was our second time staying here. The location is perfect, couldn’t be any better. Short walk to the beach and to St Armand’s circle. The house itself is clean, many very comfortable beds to sleep in. Pool area is perfect with a large table to enjoy lunch or dinner outside. Communication with owners was easy, We will be back! Wonderful property
Loved the short walk to the beach - it is far enough from the public access point that it was not crowded at all. Kids had a blast diving for sand dollars. Easy walk to the circle with so many nice shops and restaurants - very pedestrian friendly. The arcade was a hit with the kids (and adults). The property was very well maintained. Extremely organized, with everything labeled, making things easy to find (and put away). Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The owners have a very detailed binder with things to do, check in/check out info. Lovely place that I highly recommend.

Fabulous Vacation
Husband passed away last November. His birthday would have been the 20th, our daughter turned 49 on the 22nd. They always celebrated their birthdays together so i rented your beautiful home for the week as a gift to her. Two of her girlfriends, one has a 9 month old and the other a 2 month old, surprised her by coming Monday evening so they could help her celebrate her birthday on Tuesday. Then me and my daughter enjoyed thecrest ofvthe stay with trips to the beach, enjoying the pool and shopping at St. Armands Circle shops. The weather was great and we only had a few afternoon rain showers. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

A wonderful family vacation!
The “cottage” exceeded our expectations! We were truly surprised at just how large it was when we entered. It was a perfect size for our family of 5 (although it can easily accommodate up to 10 people). The onsite inground pool is an added bonus. It was great for evening swims. We loved it so much that we booked for July 2024 before we even left!! We’re looking forward to another week at Pelican Cottage!

2nd FANTASTIC experience at Pelican Cottage!
We have stayed at this property twice now, and have had an absolutely fantastic time both times! This property is easily walkable to Saint Armands Circle, a short distance to the beach (walkable over sand), and is a great place for a family to stay! The pool is always immaculate and the hosts, Deb and Ed, are wonderful! Highly recommend!
