Located just 2 miles from the Sapphire Valley Community Center, Hilltop Heaven is well placed for your busy vacation agenda! The towns of Cashiers and Highlands are a mere 4.8 miles and 15 miles away.
This warm and inviting townhouse has two King bedrooms (master bedroom and guest) as well as a Queen bedroom. The entire townhouse has been completely refreshed with a coat of paint, new furniture, an upgraded kitchen and new bed linens.
Both living rooms have new 75" TV's - stream your favorite Apps - the lower level living room is set up with 2 gaming chairs - you or your children can bring their favorite games.
The King master and the Queen first guest bedrooms are on the upper level and share a bathroom with a walk in shower and a double sink vanity.
The King guest bedroom is located on the lower level and has a bathroom with a shower/tub which also serves s a powder room.
The main living area comprises of the kitchen, dining area as well as the living room. There is a lovely sunny deck off the living room with a grill for those sunny summer BBQ's!

When renting Mountain Memories you are able to purchase guest passes at the Sapphire Valley Resort at $5/day per person - activities include: Indoor and outdoor pools, putt-putt, a par 3 9 hole golf course, horse riding, skiing and tubing during the winter, discounted golf at the Sapphire National 18 hole golf course. During the summer months there is a kids mini camp where kids can be dropped off for a few hours or the whole day. you will also have access to Sapphire lake where you can rent kayaks and canoes.

To pick up guest passes – turn right onto Hwy 64 and travel west towards Cashiers for approximately 2.7 miles. turn left into Sapphire Valley Resort. at the stop sign bear right over the bridge and the community center will be on your left – this is where you pick up and pay for your passes. open Mon – Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm and weekends 9:00am - 5:00pm.
