"Bom atendimento! Quarto amplo, confortável e com cozinha. Local sossegado e tranquilo, para descansar. O Wi-Fi é gratuito, porém como fizemos checkin tardio e esqueceram de colocar a senha do Wi-Fi nas instruções não conseguimos utilizá-lo."

"We stayed at this property for four nights. It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. While there were a few ants around the kitchen area, it wasn’t a big issue. The shower booth was spacious, and the water pressure was excellent. One highlight was the solar-heated pool, which our children loved and enjoyed both day and night. "Great location, felt spacious and quiet surrounds. Pools and tennis court were a great feature. Apartment was generally in good and clean condition and beds were comfortable. Staff support was very friendly. Parking was undercover and secure. Some small maintenance improvements to the apartment could be made; bathrooms and laundry had a one inch hard edge step up from the surrounding floor level, bathroom soap dispenser was falling off, washing machine was mouldy. "

"very closeby the beach and nice apartment, would like to book it again next time when visit to Merimbula. "

"This property was extremely clean and well presented. It was a short drive to the beach and to the delights of Tilba. The beds, linen and pillows were so comfortable they are worth noting. Betty, the property owner, was extremely kind and welcoming. She was available if needed but otherwise unobtrusive. "

"a 3 night stay at topmost ocean view apartment opting out on room service which costs an extra $40 per day. great having 2 separate balcony doors (living room n bedroom). i shouldve booked directly on property online and saved about $100. provides daily workout when accessing apartment from parking lot."

"Beautiful location, near to Moruya town and beach. Lovely accommodation. Attentive host, who ensured that I was happy and carried out little extras like making up the fire pit.Very safe for my dog, who could explore the whole property."

"Supernice and clean apartment. Big + for the wailsher/dryer. Shoet wask to a small sandy beach. "

"This house is beautifully cared for, furnished and stocked with everything you need to have a wonderful break at the coast. The hosts are easy to communicate with and prompt to respond if queries are sent. The location is walking distance to convenient shops and take away and the drive to bigger towns are scenic. Easy walking distance to the beach, incredible views, comfortable furnishings and beds, a great kitchen that is well stocked with high quality appliances and tools and knives. "

"Great if you have dogs. Perfect enclosed space for them to play safely. Good private bbq and just easy place to find, get in and stay! Thank you xx"
